      I purchased Grand i10 magna in 2016. Drove arround 40000 kms. After 2-3 months I started hearing sound near driver door on rough roads. Hyundai service ignored my request to check. Some said it was suspension noise. They said it's not a issue. They waited 3 years so that my warranty gets over. Suddenly after warranty expired they started claiming that power stearing assembly needs to changed. I did not ask them to do anything except servicing but they detected this issue on their own. If it was under warranty it would get fixed free of cost. Now that costs arround 25000. This is Betrayal. Why didn't they detect issue earlier? They waited for warranty to get expire. I am really disappointed with Hyundai and never see it again in life.

      I purchased this i10 sportz 2013 model, this is my first car, I feel very bad to buy this car, it is giving very bad mileage 6 to 8 kmpl. For maintaining this car I need to buy one petrol tanker behind this car. Before buying this car I saw the reviews every where mentioned that it gives 17 to 19 kmpl, the person sold me this car also said the same. Later after driving this car I realized that all are lies. I am trying to improve the mileage by service and changing the necessary parts. If still giving bad mileage I will keep this car a side and use my bike. Very very bad mileage, and I am taken worst decisions to buy this car. Style , comfort, space is very good but mileage is very bad

      Hyundai team are trying to hide the issue instead of solving the problem nor sales people had told us that this car (i10 grand Magna Non ABS) had feature like As per my complain if I used to turn my car on right or left side on the speed of around 20 Km per hr and then release the steering with increasing the speed, as per standard power steering should come into the center but my car steering was not coming into the center. its steering will  only work properly after you go to 60km per hour otherwise you have to purchase the ABS feature car now I am feeling myself fool that this car will be driven as manual steering till 60km per hour after that it will work properly I have many cars in family ex. Maruti, Tata, Honda and Hyundai also which is non ABS feature but steering working properly as it should work but HMIL people are talking about HMIL features please let me know the safety feature.

      We and HMIL team also know that Its a manufacturing fault and their technical team after accepting that and now denying it and calling its defect is a feature.

      Technical team expert came from HMIL Team (Mr. RK Tiwari) said that i10 Grand(Magna) car steering will fully work only after reaching the speed of 60km per hour and below 60 Kms per hour you will have to manage yourself like manual steering.

      Its never being told that this car steering will fully work only after 60kms speed reached.

      I've bought the latest version of sportz model 2018 and is driven almost 1600km. In this few months I came to experience the problem of reverse gear. It sometimes gets locked, so have to push it to 1st gear and try again. It's nervous breakdown situation when stuck while trying to park. Hyundai should look into the matter as it's technical problem.

      Exterior I AM OWNING BOTH A TATA TIAGO XZ REVOTRON AS WELLL AS A 2017 HYUNDAI GRAND I10 ASTA 1.2 PETROL. THE EXTERIOR STYLING OF THE G4RAND I10 IS THE HYUNDAI SIGNATURE FLUIDIC DESIGN PHILOSOPHY WHICH IS EYE CATCHING INDEED BUT ACCORDING TO ME MY TIAGO'S DESIGN IS BETTER. THE MAIN THIUNG I LIKED IN MY GRAND I10 IS THE DUAL TONE DIAMOND CUT STYLISH ALLOY WHEELS AND THE LED DRLs. THE TIAGO IS HAVING MORE MASCULINE DESIGN BUT THE GRAND LACKS THAT LUSTROUS FEEL. DESIGN IS A VARIABLE CHOICE AND MY OPINION MAYNOT BE SOME ONE ELSE'S OPINION.BUT ACCORDING TO ME THE TATA TIAGO IS HAVING A BETTER DESIGN LANGUAGE. EVEN THE TIAGO IS FLUIDIC AN D MASCULINE. THE TIAGO IS BASED ON THE IMPACT DESIGN PHILOSOPHY. TIAGO IS THUS HAVING A MORE APPEALING DESIGN.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) THE GRAND I10 'S CABIN IS INDEED VERY BEATIFUL. THE MAIN THING THAT CAPTURES OUR ATTENTION WHEN WE ENTER INSIDE IS THE HUGE 7.0" TOUCHSCREEN. THE TOUCHSCREEN IS FEATURE RICH. IT HAS APPLE CARPLAY, ANDROID AUTO, NAVIGATION, BLUETOOTH, MIRRORLINK AND MANY OTHER FEATURES. BUT WHEN IT VCOMES TO PRACTICALITY THE TIAGO SCORES MORE AS IT HAS ABOUT 22 UTILITY SPACES INCLUDING A PARCEL HOLDER WHICH CAN HOLD OUR SHOPPING BAGS. THE TIAGO HAS MULTI SRIVE MODES, A MORE POWERFUL AIR CONDITIONING AND HAS MORE SAFETY FEATURES LIKE ABS WITH EBD, CORNER STABILITY CONTROL AND BRAKE ASSIST [GRAND I10 HAS ABS BUT NO EBD, CSB AND BA] TIAGOOFFERS A MORE BODY WEIGHT HENCE GIVING MORE CONTROL WHILE DRIVING THE TIAGO'S AC IS GREAT. SO THERE IS NO NEED OF REAR AC VENTS. BUT I LIKE THE TOUCHSCREEN, AUTO AC, REAR POWER OUTLET AND ALSO THE INBUILT REVERSING CAMERAON THE HYUNDAI GRAND I10. THESE FEATURES ARE NOT AVAILANBLE IN THE TIAGO. THE REAR WIPER IN THE TIAGO IS SMART SENSING ONE. THAT MEANS IF IT IS RAINING AND THE FRONT WIPER IS ON WHILE REVERSING THE REAR WIPER AUTOMATICALLY TURNS ON. THE GRAND HAS AREAR WIPER BUT IT IS NOT SMART SENSING.THE TIAGO HAS MANY OTHER FEATURES TOO THAT NOT ONLY THE GRAND BUT ALSO OTHER PREMIUM HATCHBACKS LIKE THE HONDA JAZZ , THE BALENO AND THE I20 DOES NOT HAVE.THE JAZZ IS ACTUALLY A BIG CAR BUT IT IS NOT ATYHE BANG OF THE BUCK. IT IS NOT HAVING MANY FEATURES.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox THE TIAGO IS HAVING MORE FEATURES AND THE ENGINE OF THE TIAGO IS MORE POWERFUL THAN THE I20, GRAND 10 AND THE BALENO. MY GRAND I10 IS INDEED A GOOD CAR BUT THE TIAGO IS THE BETTER ONE.

      Ride Quality & Handling WHILE DRIVING THE GRAND IT IS INDEED VERY PLEASING BUT THE TIAGO OFFERS A MORE PLUSH AND APEPPY DRIVE ESPECILLY BECAUSE OF THE FIRST IN SEGMENT MULYTI DRIVE MODES. THE TIAGO ALSO OFFERS A SAFER AND A MORE COMFORATABLE DRIVE.

      Final Words THE TIGO IS INDEED A BETTER CHOICE THAN THE GRAND I10 AS WELL AS OVER THE PREMIUM HATCHES LIKE BALENO, I20 AND JAZZ.

      Areas of improvement THE GRAND SHOULD IMPROVE A LOT WHEN IT COMES TO SAFETY AND PRACTICALITY.

      Grand i10 is the one car that ticks all the requirement in a small car. Space; Comfort; Convenience; features. Even the Magna comes loaded with Standard driver side Airbag; Rear AC vents & a Music system. Compared to Maruti WagonR or the older version swift; i felt the cooling & the AC to be really powerful & keeps the cabin really cool with just 1 blower setting even to the rear passengers. The legroom for the rear passengers is generous and seating is comfortable too. Was surprised to see the length of the car to be shorter and yet ample of leg room. The hyundai elite i20 doesn't get as much leg room as in the grand i10 even though the length of the i20 is considerably longer. The Driveability in the city limits & in the highways is comfortable thanks to its light steering wheel & super smoother gearshiftss!! The only thing that puts me off with the Grand i19 is the fuel economy which is just around the 10-12kms per litre mark in city & 15-16 kmpl in the highways. The other thing is the lack of low end torque and though on papers it is a 83 BHP engine; It goes short of breath when power is required for quick overtaking in the highways. Service cost & reliability of hyundai is proved and tested so no complaints till date.

      I bought this car and after 4 days it caught fire in my parking place. Car has been driven for 200 kms. I came n parked the car. Now half of the car is burnt and is in the service station hyundai has refused fo a replacement also. They said nothing is wrong in the car. After 4 days of driving i am at a loss of lacks of rupee. Who is responsible surely m not. But costumer is always at the lower hand always. Go for baleno or Maruti I just want a justice.

      Purchased 1 year old car. Cons. 1 Car having small tyres and low GC. 2 No abs provided in my march 18 model car. 3 low mileage with low profile noisy tyres. 4 very light steering. No coincidence on highways. 5 visibility is bad from seats and bonnet looks small. Pros. - Comfortable seating Powerful engine.

      Exterior By seeing the design of the car, I was really impressed with it compared to ignis and maruti suzuki baleno. I took Magna diesel.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) It was compact and spacies wise it was ok for a small family. Manga as got a decent features.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is the worst part. you being a customer dont feel good when your vechile suddenly stops in the center of the road and you get road side assistance 1hr after you call them and dont get a solution with the assistance you dont have much experiance. And again after 1hr of the assistance visit, vechile as to tow to nearest service center which took another hour, Finally after 30minutes of inpection by the service person with all the latest technologies, they still could dont identify why the vechile was not turning on. Does any one going though would recommend this. Guys think before you go for it. The engine gives lot of noise.

      Ride Quality & Handling I am happy for only the smoothness of the accelaration.

      Final Words IN just 3day and 160Km of drive experiance, the engine starts giving me lot of noise and the new engine stopped working. 

      Areas of improvement Road side service assistance, and followup with the customer when the vechile breaks down. Being a customer and having paid 7.3L at once if the vechile dont work that a hell ride.
