The "Why I Bought It" FactorBased on my experience with the Honda Amaze V CVT over an 8 month period, I would have to say that it is the absolute best stress reducer for commuting around the city. The reason for this is the incredibly smooth operating continuous variable transmission (CVT) compares to jerky automated manual transmissions (AMTs) so well when stopping/starting traffic to not even give you a "head nod" during the stop and go. In addition to being a very smooth operating CVT, the 1.2 litre i-VTEC engine offers amazing performance and the air conditioning system will cool you off in the extreme temperatures of 42 degrees celcius, but you have to sacrifice some "power" when you are driving on the highway from the rubber band effect when you are passing other vehicles; in other words - you will achieve between 11 - 12 kilometers per litre driving in the city. The interior has plenty of space, the overall ride quality is smooth and the ride quality absorbs flyover joints well. However, one thing that I really dislike about this vehicle is it does not come with a factory armrest and the low ground clearance on fully loaded vehicles will lead to daily annoyances. The body feels flimsy but it is not a tank, the radio and other electronics are bare basics; but again, if you are looking for a good, dependable vehicle that offers no frills or "fancy" stuff and is an easy driving vehicle, then I would choose this vehicle all over again.रेटिंग मानदंड(5 में से)5Exterior

Decent car for shorter commutes(Under 200 Km)I have been using this for more than 3 years Pros: 1. Smooth Engine with very less noise, iam using a CVT variant and the pick up is really good 2. Steering is bit tight but it gives accurate precision 3. Service is pretty good Cons: 1. Ground clearance is comparatively low 2. It’s amazing carBuying - normal experience in buying from a Honda dealership Driving - Enjoy driving a Honda Amaze in curves, hills, and slopes. Look and performance- elegant cute looking, somewhat good performance. Long routes 19.5 kmpl fuel economy. Service and maintenance by dealer - not happy with dealer service and maintenance.
