| सबसे उपयोगी रिव्यू | Rethink before purchase I bought this car in .2016. after after-sales service is pathetic. Service cost is high. The silencer of cars gets rust and needs to be replaced every 3.5 years. Paint thickness is very thin, so easily scratched. The body of the car is light, so it dents easily. | Overall I regret buying this car and may soon get rid of it. The car is having many maintenance issues and every 3- 6 months a new issue pops up. My car did not start three times and had to be towed in a short time of 1.5 years. Brake switch problem, Relay problem, Fuel pump problem. Now I am afraid that my vehicle will not start the next time I go somewhere. I don't know Why there are no negative reviews on this site and if all negative reviews are removed. I am taking a screenshot of this review and keeping it for reference if it doesn't appear the next time I browse. The Renault authorized service center thinks people need to be looted for all maintenance works. They would never tell the proper reason for the fault and it's just on you to pay the price they ask for. For clearing faults they would use a service tool and charge 650 rs just for that saying programming is done. I got my car serviced 1.5 months back and one fine day it did not start, and had to be towed and the reason is the fuel pump was choked. They say contaminated petrol. Are we fools to be filling petrol from contaminated sources? the old part had no sign of blockage. Why was the blockage which happens usually slowly not detected in full service and road tests? No answer to that. AMC 12k for two years they threaten that so many parts are weak and need to be changed else the car may not work and take AMC. And when this pump fault came the bill was 11.5k and it took 10 days to get part and change. No word as to why it failed within 1.5 months after AMC and full service. Spares are costly and fail just due to their design. Do we buy a car to keep it offline for 10 days for repairs and pay the taxi and exorbitant spare parts charges? Overall I regret buying this car and may soon get rid of it. |
