| सबसे उपयोगी रिव्यू | MG Windsor EV Inspire Limited Edition It's nice , interior is huge , quality is fine , ranges id fine but not exactly, our family has mg two suv, but , children and families are feeling discomfort in rear seats, huge body roll, starts omitting, we don't like mg electric segments, Car very nice but , huge body roll , my all family starts omitting, very bad my family's are discomfort to travels | It's been three weeks since the charger has been non-functional , I bought a Windsor EV Pro from an MG dealer at Solan, HP, and got the delivery on 2nd June 2025. It took a good 8 days for home charger installation (on 10th June), and the installed charger stopped charging after one week of functioning. When I complained to MG on 16th June, I was given a number of Exicom. Exicom call centre instructed me to first get the car's BMS checked. The next day, I got it checked, which was ok. Thereafter, on 18th June, Exicom finally accepted my complaint. It's been three weeks since the charger has been non-functional, and after many calls to MG customer care and Exicom customer care, the issue is unresolved. The service person told me on the three visits he made that they do not have the required spare parts. I have many times informed customer care of both MG and Exicom that please resolve the issue, but to no avail. Even today, the service person told me on the phone that he has no information about when he will get the spare. Furthermore, he told me that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days, so if any progress comes, it will be next week only. So the matter is, a brand new MG Windsor EV Pro is standing still, next to a 7.x charger provided by MG and still in warranty, having only been driven for a week, out of 1.5 months. The customer care of both MG and Exicom is very bad. |
