| सबसे उपयोगी रिव्यू | Good car for family purpose I am writing this review after using this car for almost 5000 km in different terrain/rural roads/highways/express ways. It is a nice car for a family man. Not suggested for youngsters. Since this is not a turbocharged car, do not expect engine performance. Features are good with accuracy. Example TPMS works with 100 % accuracy. The infotainment system works without lag, etc. Space and comfort is better than expectation. Milage is almost 20 kmpl if you drive between 80 to 100 kmph. In city, it gives around 12 to 14 kmpl depending upon your driving skills. I have rated this car 3 stars only because it is terribly difficult to drive this car in night. It's headlights and fog lights are literally useless. And it's not just me; all the owners report the same. Aftermarket light work is absolutely necessary if you wish to drive in night. If you buy a top-end variant, there is no choice to do bulb replacement. However, bulb replacement is possible in the low-end variant. Buying a top-end car and still the lights are not enough is a big disappointment. | Kia Sonet This is my very first car, and I must say, it’s been a delight so far. From the outside, it looks stunning, and from the inside, it feels even more premium—almost like being in a luxury car. The finishing, feel, touch, and overall comfort are excellent. I opted for the HTK optional variant, which comes loaded with features like automatic AC, automatic headlights, foldable ORVMs, a sunroof, rear AC vents, and one-touch automatic window controls (operable both individually and from the driver’s seat). The driving experience is smooth and enjoyable. Yes, you can feel the bumps a bit on potholes if you’re going fast, but overall, the suspension works well. Currently, I’m getting an average of 9–10 km/l, but I have only driven 240 km in the past two months, so I expect it to improve. The handling is excellent, and driving it is genuinely fun. I have already completed the first service, which mainly involved routine checks. My experience with Kia’s service centre was great—they handle everything smoothly, take regular follow-ups, and keep you updated via WhatsApp with details and photos of the work being done. It gives you complete peace of mind without having to put in much effort yourself. Also, boot space is quite good and rear seat comfort is also fine. Safety is also good, 6 airbags, tyre monitoring, front and back parking sensors with a camera. EBD, EBS, front disc and rear drum brakes. Height-adjustable seats with all functionality provided on the car steering. Car steering is also adjustable, but not telescopic. |
