The ride quality and comfort are the best in class . Seat cushioning is premium with sofa like comfort . I was having backache while driving above 150-200 km inspite of occasional drives but with this Citroen aircross my backache gone now even after many frequent spells of more than 150 km driving I don't have any backache and also don't get tired. Driving Comfort is really fabulous. Only cruise control is missed during long drives. This may be coming in june2025 model so maybe waited for that.

Engine performance is excellent. Outlook is Looking attractive. Very smooth engine not disturbing in the sense of noise. Very comfortable leg space. A good competitor to other brands.

Great Buying experience. Excellent driving experience. This car has even a swag of its own. The first service was done and it was OK. Pros: Nice suspension. Ease to handle. Powerful engine. Cons: Engine noise is slightly high. The rear a/c was missing (I bought the first varient. Now the rear a/c is there)

Very nice experience with the car. I drove the car for a few 100 kms. It was a very comfortable music system was fantastic. Good controls on the road. So many features. That was amazing.

Infotainment is good Fuel economy differs a lot in the city and highway. In Bangalore City, usually around 11-13 kmpl. Nothing more than 13 km/l. On the other hand, on highways at speeds around 60-120, fuel economy is around 19-21 km/l, very good. Only two regular services were done. There is no pickup and drop-off facility, otherwise service is good. Pros - spacious, excellent ride and handling, acceptable fuel economy, service is good, music system and infotainment are good Cons: The AC is a bit slow, especially in the back seats.

Driving experience (a) May I know how to set up with noisy transmission on a long drive with your family? (b) Feel very bad in front of your friends when picking up, and power performance is so poor. 3. Service and Maintenance (a) Who cares, it's your car, you are responsible. (b) No maintenance of noise till date from Jan 2025.

It mainly lacks in performance and features 1.2 na petrol engine feels underpowered Features are much lesser than its segment Overall, it is a good car for the city and it is a simple car.
