Have the top variant before Aircross X was launched. Pros: Great performance, automatic gearbox and suspension comfort. Seats are quite comfortable as well. Love the overall driving dynamics. So-so: Fit and finish inside the cabin. The infotainment system is fuss-free but looks outdated Extremely Bad: The after-sales experience. Driven the car approx. 26000 km. My car broke down on July 22nd, after which it was towed to the service station. After 7 days of diagnosis, I was told that the fuel pump + wiring harness have to be replaced, and that it would be done within warranty. These parts were supposed to arrive on Aug 7th. By that date, only the fuel pump was received. Since then, I have been chasing the workshop and Customer Care team. Every time I call, they conveniently move the date of receiving the wiring harness. From 7th to 20th to now 27th Aug. Mind you, they refuse to share any of this in written on mail. The Customer Care assured me every time I call that they'll arrange a callback from the Case Manager which hasn't been forthcoming for the last 4-5 calls. I have even reached out to the General Counsel for Stellantis India to see into this, but no response there as well. In all of this, they haven't shown the courtesy to provide a loaner car till now, nor a clear timeline by when the issue will be resolved. I took the leap of faith trusting a new brand, and I have been punished for it. Keep this in mind if you buy a Citroen car.

Just Got 2026 Aircross X MT 7 seater. Unbelievable engine experience and driveability. Suspension is mindblowing. The spacious cabin with nil effort enty exit makes this suv special. Value for money in all aspects. Those who criticise this vehicle in youtube reviews must visit showroom and experience this beast.

It's a very nice car, it will be famous soon, and the price is high. If the price is reduced a little more, I think sales will definitely increase.

A good performance car and good comfort, valuable money, so that I am happy with this car, new buy Citroen Aircross X car. So I say it's good service and a future in the car.
