Me and my colleague bought BYD Atto 3 months ago. Its a wondeful car to drive and we were very happy unless the car met with an accident.It require change in back light and some work on truck. No internal damage was done. It has been over 4 weeks, BYD is unable to repair the car.They only have 1 reason, part is not available.I would recommend not to buy as you will be stuck for after sales support and parts.

The BYD Atto 3 claims to offer a distance of 420km I have never achieved more than 300km on a full charge. I travel 27km to work each day and back 54km per day. The car eats 20% battery charge per day. On a very warm day, the first trip on a fully charged battery will be 18% of the battery, which increases to 22% as the battery is reduced on charge. On average, I get 3km per 1% of battery charge. I drive slowly and average 15 kWh per drive. I complained to BYD, and they laughed at me, saying I purchased an electric car, what did I expect! I do not have the heating on at all. Only lights and radio.

Worst is better word for me to use here,car performance is good but for 60kws battery the range is only like hardly 280kms.BYD would have promised you 400! Look at the image I have pasted, I have a red color car and there was a dent on the back door and i gave it for service, It took 1.5 months and i still didnt get the car. WORST PART IS they dont have the red color and painted a WRONG RED. Saying the color is not matching and experts from BYD are coming to match the color. The BILL for the dent is 1.2LAKHS! saying the door has to be replaced and BYD do not fix the dents.

If there’s an opportunity to provide feedback after the service, I would certainly opt for a negative rating. The company seems to have come to India solely to make money, without prioritising customer satisfaction. Recently, I took my car to the showroom for insurance. When I sent my car in, they told me, "Sir, we will have your car ready in 20 to 25 days." I agreed, asking them to try to expedite the process. After a week, I followed up and was informed that some parts were not available in the BYD showroom, so they had to be ordered from the BYD warehouse, and work on my car couldn’t start until those parts arrived. I asked them to provide a date for when I would get my car back. They replied, “Sir, we are not sure, but the parts should arrive within a maximum of 10 days, and then we'll give you your car.” I said that was fine. However, after another week, I inquired again about how much longer it would take. They told me they still didn’t know when the parts would arrive. I pressed for an exact date, but they said they would inform me later. After a month had passed, I asked again for a timeframe. I spoke with representatives and the AGM at BYD customer care, but they were not helpful, stating, “Sir, we are also parking your car on our premises. It is taking up space in our showroom." I then requested that they either return my car or prioritise the repair work, but nothing was done. Eventually, they provided a date for the part's arrival. They said it would take an additional week to deliver my car afterwards. I kept calling for updates on the car and part status, but the response was always the same: “Sorry, more time is needed.” After 2.5 months of this communication, I was finally told the parts arrived on the 8th. I asked when they’d have my car ready, and they assured me it would be in four days. On the fourth day, I reached out again to check on the status, and they told me it would be ready on the 15th. When I called on the 15th, they pushed it back to the 23rd. I don’t understand why they keep committing to dates they cannot meet. This entire experience has caused me significant losses and left me incredibly frustrated with the company.

I have booked one for myself.I fell in love with this car even before it launched in India.I was following the updates keenly from global launches.The car has got comfort,safety,performance,looks and features.Pure electric born suv with great claimed range of 521 km.I can't wait to get the delivery in January 2023.For those who planning for an EV with a premium category features and comfort.But still don't want to get into Volvo xc40 recharge, Kia ev6 and Hyundai ionic side of the budget.This is the best alternative.I would suggest, the blade battery technology has no match when it comes to safety as well as performance with efficiency too.

Amazing driving experience...Feels European. Very good quality materials. Solid switchgear inside. Pretty Responsive. Very comfortable. Glides over all the speed breakers and bumps and uneven patches. The driving seat is ergonomic. And the good thing is one doesn't feel uncomfortable in the back either. The car is incredibly comfortable, featuring beautiful interiors and an amazing pickup that responds instantly with a tap of the foot. It looks promising with its high-quality cabin, which feels like a cockpit. The gear lever is a standout element in the cabin. In the 30 to 35 lakh price bracket, I would give the BYD Atto 3 a five-star rating. I feel it is better than other brands because this car is rich in features.

Outstanding car and far superior to even Telsa. Get a very precise range of 480-500km always. Lane Keep and AEB (braking) are very helpful. I find myself very safe in the car. It is technologically superior.

It is amazing car, stylish interior, very comfy and smooth rides, lot of protection preventing accidents: easily give more than 500 Kms in one charging . The services were excellent
