Front left side Tyre burst is common problem. 4 time Tyre burst incidents happened within a span of 8-9 months after i purchased brand new car from show room. No roadside assistance is available at night. Poor quality product and Poor services

One of the worst cars I have ever driven changed 5 cars till date and never faced so much mental trauma as faced with this BMW every now and then Tyres burst changed all 4 Tyres around 5 times when we ask BMW what’s the issue they always give bullshit reasons 1st time -(within 1st month of purchase) Sir you might be overspeeding ( my speed was 70 Kmph), so this happened, and they were so manipulative they told since, since “you are a valuable customer, we will replace it for free “ 2nd time -(3rd month of purchase ) roads were in bad condition in the area I was driving, so I had to argue with them and get a free replacement of Tyres again 3rd time - (4th month of purchase)while travelling to attend a patient in middle of night tyre burst and patient was critical luckily my junior doctor was able to handle situation and patient survived who would have been responsible if patient died no one would have blamed BMW for botched tyre after a huge fight with BMW regarding this matter the sales guy told we use RUN FLAT Tyres so the problem is persisting please change it to tubeless which cannot be covered under BMW secure plan so I had to buy tubeless Tyres with own money and thought will not have any further trouble guess what it still burst 4th time - (7th month of purchase ) Sir, the Tyres are low profile, that’s why they are damaging. Whenever asked what to do, they couldn’t give any suggestions All 4 times the burst happened when a car hit a pothole, which are very small in fact, and given Indian roads, it’s impossible to find roads free of potholes, so I was taking the car out occasionally only 5th time - (10 days to go for 1 year of purchase ), this time the car hit the pothole around 70-80 Kmph, this time the axle broke and the tyre came off the vehicle, not just a regular tire burst, which bmw is notorious for and hides it while selling the cars When I asked BMW people it’s new car you had to replace the axle under warranty they rejected and gave bill of 10,70, 254 rupees and when I look at estimate bill they included so many unnecessary things in the bill BMW India people are blood sucking leeches After spending a lot of money, we face so much mental trauma with BMW Beware of BMW's high maintenance, low reliability, and very bad customer service Instead, buy Japan counterparts or Indian cars, and completely lost trust in so-called German engineering excellence.

The driving experience was great. The car is stylish the 2 series Grand coupe is a joy to drive on winding roads. The suspension is also comfortable even on rough roads. The cabin is well insulated from road noise. The front seats are adjustable and the rear seats offer plenty of legroom, overall it is a perfect choice for those who want a great driving experience and for everyday use. The service and maintenance of the car is scheduled maintenance every 7000 to 8000 miles and even every 12 months. The car is inspected by a BMW technician. Stylish design, Driving experience, Luxurious interior, Less rear space, this may not liked by sporty ride people.

Nice car in luxury vehicles, very highly comfortable and has good interior space. Amazing experience although the mileage is not the high price is up to the mark. Stylish-looking red color is very nice.

My friend has this BMW Series 2. This car has all the features I was expecting from a BMW under 50 lakh. This car is amazing and much fun to drive. Car goes 0-100 km/h in about 8 seconds. I know that the acceleration is slow but as a car under 50 lakh with that many features acceleration is good. Better than Toyota Fortuner which costs about 60 lakh and gives less mileage and poor acceleration.

Good car I purchased this car in the month of January and not when I drive this car it is quite good in look and mileage is ok and the car design is superb if you have a budget to buy this car.

Awesome car, the looks are worth the price. Super sporty, amazing pick-up and great driving experience. In the city with eco pro I get around 10.5km/l which is really great at a bumper to bumper driving. In highways at Comfort drive I have got around 16km/l which is amazing. Trust the look is the major deal for this car.

The front seats are comfortable and supportive, but the low-slung design may make entry and exit challenging. The rear seats are snug, and best suited for short trips rather than long journeys, due to limited space and headroom.
