I bought Ford Endeavour over Toyota Fortuner over its features but all are sham if reliability is not there. My Car's sunroof got cracked without any external impact, even with the full CCTV footage of the car when the incident happened Ford has no explanation of why did it happen. They want me to use insurance to get it repaired. As per Ford India, they have checked their records and no other vehicle has reported such issue so there is no issue in the sunroof, whereas Ford Global has a different data which this report shows (https://www.consumerreports.org/car-safety/exploding-sunroof-danger-overhead/). I am surprised what will happen to car owners who don't have proofs regarding any quality issue in the car and want the Ford team to hear their case. They simply don't want to own up to the issue. thankfully the car was parked and no one was inside the vehicle when the incident happened, what if my family would have been sitting inside the car and that roof would have cracked. This could be such a risk to human life. Even after multiple follow-ups with Ford management, I have not received a satisfactory answer on the reason for this, even if I get the car repair under insurance (which ideally should be covered under warranty) what is the guarantee that this will not happen again. None of the senior management is approachable who can assist and provide a satisfactory solution to the customer. I want to ensure that every future buyer of Ford knows what they are getting into, and what kind of treatment they will expect when they buy Ford Cars.

Fortuner is undoubtedly the king of full-size SUV segment in the size dominated Indian market, even after such fierce competition from way better competitors, namely Endeavour and Alturas G4, fortunes sales chart seem unaffected, it still manages to sell around 1000 units in a month! Even the recession in the car market could not stop the Fortuner in its sales. It offers great reliability and cheap maintenance, after all its wearing the Toyota logo with all its pride and honestly, that's what sells this product. It has nothing else going for itself except these few points. But i still fail to understand why aren't the customers in this segment thinking with an open mind, the endeavour should be leading the sales charts because there's hardly any area where the Fortuner out shadows the endeavour. Fortuner is just the pickup truck named Hilux and honestly its like they've just added sharp-looking LED lights to make it visually appealing and nothing else, the lack of features clearly puts a strong argument for this point, although endeavour is also based on a pickup truck, yet they have done their work, like adding noise-cancelling sensors, tweaking the suspension to absorb the bumps in a better manner, which is required in our Indian segment, and many more features. Customers complain that endeavour's not reliable, has high maintenance and low resale value, but none of this is true. The endeavour would be equally reliable as the Fortuner, fords services are now actually one of the cheapest in India and resale is not based on brand, it depends on the car and Endeavour is a great product and would offer great resale value. In conclusion, i urge the customers of this segment to give a shot to endeavour before going with Fortuner and i can guarantee you wouldn't be disappointed, please put your hard-earned money to its best use. Car is amazing but Ford should not have left India. Endeavour is having big sunroof main thing is having auto parking, such a good space in a car and very reliable not having a body roll. Thanks

Fabulous car ever. I have seen the car had a very very cool look and the interiors are like an Audi car. I love this car and maintenance is very big budget, so my honest review is it is the best car ever. Love it.

Best car with super riding comfort 4X4 and an off road car. Nice for travelling with family and it is the best of Ford.

Am if I talk about experience it was so good and the driving experience it is so smooth and comfortable it looks like a monster and has a road presence if you buy this car people will not see you they see your vehicle service is quite good.

This SUV is definitely better than Toyota Fortuner. This is a beast on road and has the best comfortable drive. Luxury is at it's best. Got the best 3rd seat experience amongst the SUVs. The sunroof is awesome. Third row motorized fold at push of a button is only found in luxury cars.
