This car is worst. Major issue with Clutch & Breaks. Even you can google ecosport clutch issues you will see thousands of complaints. My car if 9 months old & driven 9900 KMS. Clutch become hard. Visited service center to resolve the issue, They say we need to replace clutch kit. It costs 12,000 INR. Also they claim because of Driving issue only this problem will come. This is my 3rd car & I have driven more than 1.5 Lakh KMS on other cars still i never got such kind of issue. I have driven Hyundai i 20 & Maruti Baleno. Both of them were very good even much smoother clutch than new Ecosport. Ford is cheating customers by providing Cheap material parts. I own Ecosport purchased in March 2018 which is advanced (After Face lift). Dont buy this vehicle. You will realize your mistake if you do. Also after 5 days of purchased new car i Have Faced issue with Break. Breaj automatically applied and speed of the car reduced.

Dear Ford lovers, please think twice before purchasing it. I buy a new ecosport top variant on 6th of Dec 2018. and after 4 days there is an alarm came engine fault. Dealer make it clear by reset it after 24hrs the same alarm activated again and this time they replace some sensor and reset it and after 24 hrs the same happened again this time I registered a complaint at Ford India and they call me from Chennai and they assured me to solve the problem in 2 days. But I received my vehicle after 10 days by replacing of a electric power board. After that the vehicle was running without any issue but 3 month's usage now battery get draining problem. And obviously the customer care is really bad and all this above the mileage I getting only 7 km average. I really fed up with this vehicle. I spend 1350000/ for nothing.

Buying experience: buying experience was terrible i didnt get colour what i want but have to take what they have in stock yard .
Riding experience: now here my reviews abt my ecosport titanium plus diesel purchased on 23 sep 2018. just after 500 kms my ecosport titanium plus diesel dashboard centre speaker rattles a lot ,i dont know why ford have used so cheap plastic in centre for the speaker, i have taken concern to the dealer as well as ford team both have confirm that this is a default issue ,after taking trial of same model titanium plus at their plant . i got a reply from ford team that they are working on this issue and will update me shortly . almost months over i have been in touch with them but the same reply. At last i just want to say i have purchased this car with my hard work money and now it sucks !!!!
Details about looks, performance etc: here below are cons a& pros CONS : 1. Looks very sophisticated from inside lacks in shoulder and legroom. 2.Build Quality very bad from inside ,outside good 3. service is the big issue here lack of service centre PROS : 1. ride,handling good i like to drive on highways excellent road presence 2. outer body build quality best 3. average good getting 20-21kmpl on highways & 16-18kmpl on city
Servicing and maintenance: service is not too costly but lack of service station is the issue.

this car is made for fun to drive and its more comfortable,strong,and more value for money than creta and other mini suv's like maruti vitara brezza hyundai venue,creta,and nissan kicks

Ford ecosport titanium 1.5 TDCi This is the best suv you can buy at the price between 8 lacs to 12 lacs About its interior There is plenty space for 5 person and in my model it has 2 airbags one for driver & Co-driver. It has a 6 inches touch screen display too. About its exterior From outside the looks quiet good and it's boot door opens horizontally with an electric button

it's very nice car specially in performance... ford is most trusted brand in automobile so I prescribe this for middle class family it's amazing car looking very rich in black color tyre size and ground clearance is amazing safety features also very nice boot space also very good rain sensing biper is also very good

Best car in its segment. In camparison to all SUBURN SUV's. Low maintenance charge(true),powerful,safety,design,mileage,transperancy and comfortgives you everything. In other cars you will get only 2-3 points mentioned above but in EcoSport you will get everything.Must buy if you are buying for a longtime run. You can even check how much will be the service charge cost in their web portal.

Exterior Looks very masculine and strong.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Though width wise it is almost equal to creta and brezza the seat width is bit less compared to them. Lot of space is wasted between the seats and doors.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Not an extepert in judging engine but i felt its good. Got 19kmpl as per the reading in instrument cluster. Till now drove 400km and first serviice is still due.

I am loving the gear box and it's butter smooth while changing gears.

Ride Quality & Handling Very good ride quality and good sound insulation. Drive quality inside city is good. I drove only inside city and yet to drive on highway. Its quite inside. Good music system, soft and smooth stearing. I am loving the sunroof and feeling that i am getting more D vitamin while travelling.

Final Words I was looking for a car that has all the advanced features below 15Lakhs and this is the only one available. Cars with equivalane features are minimum costing 18.5 to 30 Lakhs.

Areas of improvement Without changing overall width seats width can be improved so that it will be comfortable for plus size people.

Advanced features ESC, TCS, HLA, 6airbags, speedlimiter and sunroofSpace inside

We are using this since 4 years and in this four years had a terrible experience. Each time there is some fault in the car.main engine failed. Every four months it goes for repairs.

I would suggest people not to buy this if you don't drive it for two days the steering gets hard. I think from the beginning we have been cheated and given a wrong product. I would like to report the problem to the seniors at ford. We hope someone comes forward to understand our problem.
