My friend has brought this car for his family and everyone loved this it's comfort and also it's look. Have drive this car from bhubaneswar to vishakapatnam I didn't feel tired.the initially pickup is very good according to this segment handling is very good. Performance is extremely good and mileage is not so bad in highway it give up-to 16. But service cost is high and part's are not easily available so after 6years he decided to sell it and re sell value was not good that's negative think I found but overall it's a good car.

The only big thinngs that I had purchased this car for my mom-dad anniversary. Because they are like this car very much in because of this rich looks & car safety. This car interior look is very awesome. I love this car.

 Gear  becomes very hard after 3-4 months. Initially vehicle is good but as the time goes bye started seeing multiple problems and the worst part is there is very poor service. Practically there is no proper service center. Untrained staff.

 DON'T BUY. Disatrous service. I have sent my Linea T-Jet petrol( 2012) for servicing....to my surprise the service center has no installed equipment, no trained mechanic even have not got a bill for the payments made. So it was total dissatisfaction. 

After a few days the car has got some Amber sign in its display board, when I have taken my car to the service station they were unable to find and rectify the fault, when asked for a few spares they don't have. Called to customer care and have been assured by Mr Azhar to receive a call within 15 days for the spares and repair but 15 days has already been passed and have not received any response yet.I already have visited there thrice and left with no choice after that only I have called the customer care and have written to you. Now for your information my car ac has stopped working. This is gross deficiency as at the sales point you commit all India services, road assistance and charging for the same but not able to provide a full fledged service at a place where your branch already exist.

Excellent value of money. Far batter than its competitors in this segment. Its a pleasure to drive Fiat. Waiting for their next Launch with more powerful engine. No Fuss car even having those features which are available in the segment above this segment.

1. Buying Experience: Though I bought this car in 2015 April, from Pandit Auto, Pune, I had to go with a really bad experience. I booked a vehicle and got a confirmation as well. On the day of delivery, I got a call to take a vehicle, when I went there, they told my vehicle was never booked. I immediately raised a complaint in Fiat Sales dept, and then after somehow I got the vehicle. 2. Riding Experience: Initial days, the ride quality was good, but as the time passed by, I used to get a typical noise coming from front left suspension. Many times the front suspension top mount was changed, but noise never eliminated. Second dealer technician, I got hard time time to make him show the noise. But still nothing got solved. However, I did a root cause analysis of my own vehicle and found that front left body suspension tower strut mounting holes are having larger size, which is creating a noise when vehicle vehicle goes onto bumps @ typical speeds. However, the concern is still there, No solution from Fiat . 3. Looks are ok, I would rate them 2/5, as from last several years, they didnt even though of doing a facelift on the same platform rather than providing basic bumper changes & rear facia slight change. However, Interior quality was improved and looked much plush & luxurious. On the performance, the vehicle weight to power ratio is slightly dull here. 1.3 L Multijet Diesel engine has lot of turbo lag. You have to keep the rpm above 1800, as a sweet spot to enjoy driving. Ghat driving gets really pathetic, you have to constantly drive the vehicle in 2nd or 1st gear. 4. Servicing & Maintainance of this vehicle is OK, its neither reasonable nor very expensive. However, components are costly (some). Like Wiper, one wiper out of two cost around ?1500. So if you have to change two, then you have to spend ?3000, which is damn expensive. It could have been made cheaper within common man's range. 5: Pros & Cons: Pros: Only vehicle in those old days to provide dual stage airbags, roll up security codes, crash safety Seating comfort (front & rear) Boot Space Ground clearance (190 mm) Handling Cons Turbo Lagged Engine Rubberised shifting, 1st gear notchy Steering on harder side slightly (hydraulic) Steering reverse inputs are much higher to control over even slight indulations on road Less powered engine for such a big car NO resale value

Exterior I really liked it when I first saw it. The exterior styling and looks are still one of the best! 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Decent amount of space inside. May be a little uncomfortable for tall people.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I have now owned the car for 3.5 years (>70k km)  and enjoyed it. Being a diesel it is a little heavy but once in 4th gear it can be a beast. Mileage with AC in summers in about 12 kmpl and in winters about 14 kmpl. The car still drives as good as new. Have taken it to many outdoor trips.

Ride Quality & Handling You accept a little heaviness as it is a diesel car. However it is comfortable inside. AC is good and trouble free. Handling is good. Drives like a dream on highway particularly yamuna expressway.

Final Words Having owned both Honda City and Fiat Linea I have no hesitation recommending Linea for its styling, fuel economy and ruggedness.

Areas of improvement I guess the music system is now full featured. Interior can be more plush. Better ground clearance would be good.

 Very bad interiors, the plastic used for the interiors and the fitting is not upto the mark. You will not feel that you have bought 10 lakh car. Car is not worth for that money. The car is very spacious and comfortable.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 I still have 2012 TJET plus linea Petrol. Its a drivers car if everything is good. I have driven this car for about 36000 kms and i had the following problems in the first 4 years

• A/C condensor and compressor not working (had to replace, but with in warranty)
• Petrol leakage
• Break Pads and disc
• Throttle Holder(Engine vibration) - Not replaced under extended warranty although it was with in 4 years.

Faced lot of problems with this car. My car was almost there for 2-3 months in the service

 Ride quality is good if the car is in good running condition

Final Words

 I donot have confidence taking my car outside the city, Everytime i have taken outside, i had some issues with this car.
