Daewoo Cars

The Korean brand Daewoo came India in mid-90s with Cielo. Cielo looked good, gave luxurious feeling and became a hit in just a few years. Overwhelmed with Cielo''s success, Daewoo India launched Nexia and Matiz. Nexia was a nice car but couldn''t sell in good numbers, on the other hand Matiz did very well. Matiz rewrote Cielo''s success and became India''s favourite small-car, but the downfall of Daewoo Korea put all existing Daewoo owners in trouble. Today, spares-availability is a major issue with Cielo and Matiz.

Daewoo is no longer producing any new cars in India.

DC Design previews its compact car

DC Design had earlier revealed their plans of unveiling two cars at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. Now, the Facebook page of the Mumbai-based design firm has previewed a teaser image of a compact car, which will be smaller than the Tata Nano.

Very good car especially for the kind of money it is available these days.

A very good performance car
A very good performance car, a reliable milage of around 11 to 12 kmpl. The car has also got a better height when compared to the Cielo and never touched the Humps. The suspenssion is very good. The engine is totally different than that of a Cielo...
