I took a test drive and was very impressed with the drive It was really smooth, and the car is loaded with every feature needed in this generation The car is suitable for both the old as well as for the new generation.

Respect high regards to Tata. But after sale service Team is non productive

Worst car, waste of money, poor driving range only 132 kms on 100% charge. Pathetic customer support. At 40 % range shown is 70 kms but suddenly drops and runs only 15-17 kms and break downs on the way . This has happened yo my car more than 10 times . Complaint reported to costumer service several times no proper response . Car handed over to heritage motors several times ,they kept it for 7-15 days but couldn't resolve the problem. Service team is so bad that the wiper broken while the car was in their custody but they handed over to us without even informing us . Heard the same kind of response from many nexon ev owners.
