Planning a round trip

I purchased the MG Comet two months ago, and while it impresses at first glance with its stylish interiors and compact design, the real experience begins after the purchase — and unfortunately, not in a good way. Let’s start with the biggest disappointment: the car does not support DC fast charging. Yes, you read that right — there is no DC socket. This crucial piece of information was conveniently left out during discussions with showroom executives. You can only charge it via AC current, for example, a home socket. So forget about charging at public fast-charging stations during an emergency or a long trip. The so-called “auto-charge” feature? Haven’t seen a single kilometer get “auto-charged” yet. MG claims a 210 km range, but in reality, it barely delivers 150 km—and that's without using AC or music. Turn them on, and the battery drains fast. Planning a round trip to Kolar or Tumkur? Think twice—DC fast charging isn’t even an option, and with only AC charging available at home, you’ll be stuck for 5.5 hours just to recharge.

Provide a glove box, Tyre size to be a little higher, and provide a dash cam (optional). Expecting a new variant with 300 km range, having a 100-liter boot, priced around 10 lakhs. IMPORTANT - Relocate the key position as it may hit the knee while tall people drive the car.
