| Most Helpful Review | Coustomer service very bad I’m extremely disappointed with Kia’s customer service. The lack of communication, long delays, and poor handling of warranty claims show a clear disregard for customers after the sale is made. It’s frustrating to spend lakhs on a car and then be left chasing updates, fighting for basic service, or being ignored completely. Kia seriously needs to improve its after-sales support — this kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the brand. | No Nonsense Car with superb driving,Budget friendly I am a new driver, I got it in Ranchi, It was a new showroom opened, and they gave it in a week. I have driven 2800 km and haven't faced any challenges till now. Paint quality is a concern to me. Accessories are less in the outside market. Mileage I got nearly 16 on the highway. I use it mostly for long routes. Apart from this, I will say, that if you are looking for a new car then you can go for it, If you are budget is tight. The engine is superb, I love to drive. In low gear, it'll struggle. Breaks are good but still need a little more refinement. |
