| Most Helpful Review | Best in Class It's the best car in this segment after driving Nexon, 3XO. Nothing beats the driving experience. It is a complete package and value. It feels more premium for its price and a car from a segment above. | Coustomer service very bad I’m extremely disappointed with Kia’s customer service. The lack of communication, long delays, and poor handling of warranty claims show a clear disregard for customers after the sale is made. It’s frustrating to spend lakhs on a car and then be left chasing updates, fighting for basic service, or being ignored completely. Kia seriously needs to improve its after-sales support — this kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the brand. |
