Exhilaration has a new name

I was looking to buy my first luxury car and considered the obvious German manufacturers, Mercedes Benz E Class, BMW 5 Series and Audi A6. While all these are very competent cars with their own strengths, it was the Jaguar XF that caught my eye and I ended up buying it. Firstly on sheer looks the Jaguar XF is in a different league - quite distinctive and looks quite like the cat it is named after. On performance, it is nothing short of exhilarating. One tap in the Sports mode and the car lunges forward with a speed that is unmatched by the Germans. On interiors, it is tasteful - not quite as overdone like the Mercedes or very staid like the BMW. On drivability, the car feels quite at ease in the city as on the highways. I think the Jaguar XF is very underrated in the luxury segment and something that more car aficionados should consider.

As u&nbsp;start the car the intelligent on board computer tends to improve the ride quality&nbsp;by collecting data from your previous driving habits. The moment you step on gas the 145 bhp 2ltr engine makes the car glide. While the&nbsp;car is loaded with IPS- intelligent protection system your safety is always taken care of. As&nbsp;you&nbsp;sink into the leather seats you can see the world go by you.&nbsp;To&nbsp;provide the ultimate ambience, the theatre dimming lights slowly&nbsp;fade off leaving the 6cd changer shine as if it were a&nbsp;knight in shining armour.&nbsp;Further more the large boot space and spacious interiors make it perfect Indian Family car.</p> <p>This&nbsp;car&nbsp;provides a never ending platform for enthusiasts to modify and add a personal touch to their car.&nbsp; It can be tweaked and made to conquer Indian roads without&nbsp;too many hassles. This car is a symbol of&nbsp;pure luxury. Luxury does come with a price. The average fuel economy ranges between 11 to 12 on highway and about&nbsp;9.7&nbsp;within city limits.&nbsp;This is comparatively a bit lower than its&nbsp;rival&nbsp;C-class and the BMW 320.</p> <p>All&nbsp;in all a drivers high performance luxury segment car.
