The BYD Atto 3 claims to offer a distance of 420km

The BYD Atto 3 claims to offer a distance of 420km I have never achieved more than 300km on a full charge. I travel 27km to work each day and back 54km per day. The car eats 20% battery charge per day. On a very warm day, the first trip on a fully charged battery will be 18% of the battery, which increases to 22% as the battery is reduced on charge. On average, I get 3km per 1% of battery charge. I drive slowly and average 15 kWh per drive. I complained to BYD, and they laughed at me, saying I purchased an electric car, what did I expect! I do not have the heating on at all. Only lights and radio.

Don't buy

Never buy any Jeep product that is not fit for Indian customers, lacks service, stud down dealers, is extremely high maintenance, and has the worst real value. I'm already an existing user. Good to drive is the only reason, go for XUV 700, mg, best will Toyota, Tata you regret and suffer after 2 years of this JEEP, thankyou

The BYD ATTO 3 is a five-seater electric SUV positioned above the E6 MPV. This new electric SUV might be new to the Indian market but is a successful global model. It's based on the brand’s ‘Dragon Face 3.0’ design philosophy which lends the vehicle attractive styling. The tastefully done-up elements comprise a diffused chrome grille with sleek LED headlamps, funky alloys, brushed silver and aluminium accents, and wrap-around LED tail lamps with a light bar. It's a mid-sized SUV with a compact footprint and proportions. Yet, it stands out be it for its nice styling outside or within.
