| Most Helpful Review | Car is good but after service is very bad If there’s an opportunity to provide feedback after the service, I would certainly opt for a negative rating. The company seems to have come to India solely to make money, without prioritising customer satisfaction. Recently, I took my car to the showroom for insurance. When I sent my car in, they told me, "Sir, we will have your car ready in 20 to 25 days." I agreed, asking them to try to expedite the process. After a week, I followed up and was informed that some parts were not available in the BYD showroom, so they had to be ordered from the BYD warehouse, and work on my car couldn’t start until those parts arrived. I asked them to provide a date for when I would get my car back. They replied, “Sir, we are not sure, but the parts should arrive within a maximum of 10 days, and then we'll give you your car.” I said that was fine. However, after another week, I inquired again about how much longer it would take. They told me they still didn’t know when the parts would arrive. I pressed for an exact date, but they said they would inform me later. After a month had passed, I asked again for a timeframe. I spoke with representatives and the AGM at BYD customer care, but they were not helpful, stating, “Sir, we are also parking your car on our premises. It is taking up space in our showroom." I then requested that they either return my car or prioritise the repair work, but nothing was done. Eventually, they provided a date for the part's arrival. They said it would take an additional week to deliver my car afterwards. I kept calling for updates on the car and part status, but the response was always the same: “Sorry, more time is needed.” After 2.5 months of this communication, I was finally told the parts arrived on the 8th. I asked when they’d have my car ready, and they assured me it would be in four days. On the fourth day, I reached out again to check on the status, and they told me it would be ready on the 15th. When I called on the 15th, they pushed it back to the 23rd. I don’t understand why they keep committing to dates they cannot meet. This entire experience has caused me significant losses and left me incredibly frustrated with the company. | BYD ATTO 3 an Amazing car It is amazing car, stylish interior, very comfy and smooth rides, lot of protection preventing accidents: easily give more than 500 Kms in one charging . The services were excellent |
