    • Pathetic quality and service. Beware of losing money.

      Buying experience was nightmare at cochin dealership. Delivered a rusted and dirty car. And no support at all. Even a commercial pickup dealership will give 100 times better service. Never recommend at all. No support from Citroen as well.

    • Feedback after driving 1800km on my Car.

      The buying experience was great and the show room teams service was excellent. Just one comment on the delivery....team should have checked whether all accessories were installed before delivery. I had test driven the turbo model however I purchased the base model. The power delivery in the base model is of concern in slow moving traffic and when you need power to overtake especially in Mumbai traffic conditions. I have clocked nearly 1800km and other aspects of the car are good viz. Interior quality, space etc. The frame for music system is yet to be developed by the company and this is of concern when you are buying the base model. The wiring harness for speaker's and antenna is not available in the base model. The average mileage in Mumbai city traffic you will get is 11km / lit. First service is due in next one week not sure whether there would be any improvement in the mileage. I got the Android system installed from a third party vendor by doing some retrofit works on the infotainment system slot. Its working fine. Ground clearance is fantastic and is of great help especially on rough roads. I will share the update post my first service.

    • Blower problem in my car

      Very bad service network. There was a blower problem in my car and I waited my car for 45 days for a small problem in my car. It was the company's mechanic's fault, but the owner suffered for 45 days without a car. I complained to the senior executives of the company, but they told me that we have given your car early, and other people are still waiting. Think a thousand times before buying a Citroen.

      I purchased Citroën C3 LIVE (basic model) variant from Ramani Citroën Chennai and got delivered on 31 August 2022. I requested for Music system, centre lock and Parcel Tray as an additional fitting, five months over now and only the music system got installed after multiple chases. Very poor service, I don't recommend this car to anyone. Engine noise is high, gear shifting is hard, average mileage and very poor service.

      I can see everyone speaking only about missing features.. One must also see the price at which it comes.. for a car at approx. 6.5 lakh ex showroom the car offers where good ride comfort and driving experience.. Only major missing is rear defogger and electric orvm.. But we are getting driver seat height adjust, rear charging ports, wireless Android and very spacious car with excellent suspension at a reasonable price. Irvm I have found an alternative and rear camera has been installed as accessory by dealership.. My experience with Citroen dealership at millers road Bangalore is good too.. They provided me test drive thrice and offered a decent final quote too and everything was transparent. Totally I'm happy with C3.. I'm not missing tacho too as there is gear shift indicator if anyone wants to know when to shift gears.. less features means easy and economical to maintain in future..

      Its a perfect choice under 5 to 8 lakh as a sub compact suv . Its overall interior is decent and drive quality is good although it has some old school elements like door handles and power window switches in centre behind handbrake where cost cutting is clearly evident. If you are having a fix budget you can go with this car !

      1. Driving Experience: The turbo engine is powerful which makes for a peppy ride. However, compared to the XUV 3XO, I found that I had to floor the pedals harder. The power and torque on the naturally aspirated engine could be much better. The suspension can handle small bumps but there was some amount of body rolling at high speeds. The driver’s seat could be more comfortable which is where I felt a considerable difference from the 3XO. At high speeds, the car felt a little out of control as the steering does not feel as heavy as it should. 2. Looks: I do not find the C3 visually appealing. The front could have a wider grill which would give the illusion of a more expensive car. The car logo which blends with the grill does not look good to me. The front could be revised to match the front design with the oval logo on the global c3 air cross variant. Meanwhile, the back could do with a more sporty hatchback look like rivals Kiger and Fronx. One of the core reasons I did not proceed to purchase the car was the bland road presence and lack of safety features. The interiors on the contrary are nicely done, with an arm console, large infotainment unit and a sporty AC vent design. 3. Features: For its price, the car has all the features one needs for day-to-day city driving. Future revisions should focus on adding more safety features which is where the car lacks completely with a 0 on the Latin Am NCAP. Ventilated seats and wireless charging could be a plus, differentiating it from other rivals.

      Pros are its superior suspension, best engine performance, mine is turb,o and torque convertor is outstanding, at this price point..Con is you may miss sunroof and cruise control, which I feel is not a necessity for me...take a rest, drive, feel, and choose what's best for you.
