Chevrolet Cruze [2012-2013] User Reviews

This is the worst ever car which we have purchased. We purchased Cruze Ltz in Mar 2012, for first 2.5yrs car worked smoothly but all of a sudden 6-8months back car stopped in the road at the speed of 80kmph, and this happened 2-3 times. It's very risky to stop the vehicle all of a sudden in the road and when car stops the control also locks and this is very dangerous. So reported the same to Mota Chevrolet Solapur car was there for around 20 days and they first didn't find the issue then told it was wiring issue and replaced the same. They have never given any kind of reply by phone or mail. We called them and asked for the status every time.

After that 2 months back the same issue happened but this time no transmission happening. Only accelerates but no transmission so called the service station, they asked to bring the vehicle by toeing to Mota Chevrolet Baramati after keeping the vehicle for 2days they told to shift the vehicle to pune. I then shifted the vehicle to Platinum Chevrolet Kalewadi, They told the failure of gearbox and need to replace it at the cost of around 5 lacs. They have never given any kind of reply by phone or mail. We called them and asked for the status every time.

And on continue follow up of for 2 months they confirmed the readiness of the same with some replacement of gearbox parts yesterday itself with charge of 67000/-.

We also paid around 20000/- bugs for toeing from here to there.

When my person reached to take the vehicle at the time of test ride he found some weird sound coming after asking about same service person replied that this is small noise and will take more time and as well cost also.

From all this it seems to be worst service from Team chevrolet and worst ever car offered by chevrolet. It's a luxury car and nobody will expect such service and life of vehicle from a renowned brand General Motors. This is my second vehicle from GM,  previously I owned optra Magnum.
