You will have to park your car in their garage for 60 days for a minor repair or any accidental damage. Being a premium car, it is not worth getting this kind of service. Think twice before purchasing one. I have put my detailed review on the Kun BYD Coimbatore Google review page.

Worst customer service at BYD Chennai, no proper response regarding the issues, service persons are not attending the calls. They are taking 2 months for accidental service. Worst people I have ever seen. Think before buying BYD service will be worst. Worst service I've ever faced in my life. Chennai kun BYD is the worst

I purchased new car in june for my regular travel to Gujarat, and found in 11000 km tyres were issue, and had to replace. Byd team says , they cant help in this as tyres are not covered by them. So had to replace tyres.

A beautiful very good-looking car. Has great road presence and a striking interior feel. More expensive than rivals. On the drive side it has an ample amount of power and is not very scary. The space in the cabin is great for 5 adults of a decent size and a great boot too. Only one things I feel should be improved is the suspensions I feel they can be more plush and stable at higher speeds. Nonetheless, it’s a great car to buy no regrets. Also gives an easy range of over 460-470 km on a full charge

I’ve driven the BYD Sealion 7 Performance in Atlantis Grey and it genuinely stands out in both performance and design. The instant acceleration is addictive—smooth, silent, and very confidence-inspiring, especially during city drives and quick highway overtakes. Handling feels planted, and the low center of gravity makes cornering stable and predictable. The ride quality is comfortable even on Gurgaon’s uneven roads, and cabin insulation is excellent. The Atlantis Grey colour looks premium and classy, turning heads without being flashy. Interior quality, tech features, and overall refinement feel well above expectations for the segment. If you want strong performance with EV efficiency and premium road presence, the Sealion 7 Performance delivers impressively.

The BYD Sealion 7 impresses as a premium electric SUV with a blend of performance, tech and comfort. Its sleek design and spacious cabin house a large rotating 15.6-inch infotainment screen, panoramic glass roof and advanced safety suite with 11 airbags and level-2 ADAS, making everyday driving and long trips enjoyable. The powerful AWD Performance variant delivers brisk acceleration and a claimed range around 540–567 km on a full charge, with fast charging support. Ride quality is firm on rough roads, and BYD’s limited service network may concern some, but overall, it’s a compelling EV choice.
