Worst serviceWorst customer service at BYD Chennai, no proper response regarding the issues, service persons are not attending the calls. They are taking 2 months for accidental service. BYD Sealion 3000kms reviewI've driven my BYD Sealion 7 Performance variant for about 3,000 km now, and overall, I’m quite happy with the experience so far. This car is seriously quick. With over 500 bhp and all-wheel drive, it accelerates like a sports car. Driving in the city is smooth, and on highways, overtaking is effortless. It’s quiet, quick, and feels very stable at high speeds. You can really feel the power when you push the pedal. I touched 205 km/h on this beast while driving to my cousins’ place in Agra, on the wonderful Yamuna Expressway. I get about 350–400 km per charge, depending on how I drive. In Ludhiana, there are a few charging stations, but not many with fast charging. I mostly charge at home with a wall box installed in the garage of my bungalow, overnight, which works fine. I also use it for my Mercedes EQC, and my father’s iX1 LWB. Long trips need planning because fast chargers are still limited on some routes. I did a Ludhiana to Chandigarh run easily, but going further means checking charging options ahead. There aren’t enough charging options in India. The cabin feels modern and premium. The big rotating screen is amazing. Seats are comfortable for long drives, and there’s enough space for my family. Ride quality is bumpy, and I don’t like it, especially while driving in narrow roads. Suspension is on the firmer side. Its R21 wheels look massive.Rating Parameters(Out of 5)5Exterior

Tyre quality badI purchased new car in june for my regular travel to Gujarat, and found in 11000 km tyres were issue, and had to replace. Byd team says , they cant help in this as tyres are not covered by them. So had to replace tyres.Rating Parameters(Out of 5)4Exterior

Worst Service and Parts UnavailabilityYou will have to park your car in their garage for 60 days for a minor repair or any accidental damage. Being a premium car, it is not worth getting this kind of service. Think twice before purchasing one.
