Buying experience: Amazing. Usually, buying the premium cars in India are comfortable as the sales folks readily come to your work place or home and do the entire formalities, unless you would want to specifically go to the showroom for a purpose. My entire sales, finance, and any other work was well taken care by the Audi Bangalore sales person (Manjunatha). I had a gala time on the D day as well.....so overall, it was awesome.
Riding experience: This is a ONLY driving car - which means that if you buy this car, drive it on your own else you would be keeping yourself deprived of a lovely machine in ur hands. The petrol (since I have one) engine is as smooth as butter but as rugged as iron and packs a punch of power on the highways. The comfort level of driving this car is amazing. Hits the corners very well balanced and the gear shift is amazing. there is merely any lag in the engine and the transmission system. Overall, it delivers what you expect.
Details about looks, performance etc: May not be very stylish as the CLA but certainly holds command on clear and edgy looks. A decent stunning typical Audi look. The rear looks very stylish while the front looks like the bigger version of Audi's. With 1400cc, 150 bhp, and 250 nm torque, keeping the size of the car - its a beast and that too a silent smooth beast. The ground clearance is very good. the chassis and suspension are beyond class and hardly makes you roll over edges and curves in speed also. Doesn't make you bump on small n medium humps. The auto dual zone climate control is fantastic and the seats are very comfortable. The panoramic sun/moon roof enhances the cabin beauty. A very fine classy plastic and rubber materials are used inside the cabin.
Servicing and maintenance: Well, since its a new car for me and too early to comment on servicing but based on what the Audi engineers and a friend of mine (who pre owns an Audi A3) have told is promising. The servicing needs to be done in 15000 km's or 01 year - whichever is earlier and a tentative expected cost in Bangalore in 2019-20 should be around 25-30K, which is decent keeping in mind that its yearly once and that you have a premium luxury car. If you drive well and service it on time, it hardly demands much in the initial 4-5 years. As it grows old, you may have to spend some money on cycle 1 change of things..tyres etc....
Pros and Cons: Cons : Back Seat thigh Support, Push Button missing, Big tunnel in rear seat area... Pros: Style, looks, Power, performance, Built Quality, and indeed brand value.
