Buying, Riding, Look and performance are good. But the service experience is very bad. 1. They have very low service network pan India 2. In Bangalore their Service workshops are closed on Sunday. 3.The service advisor and technician are not trained well to handle service activity. 4. Most cities they have only 2 out let and located in far off distance. 4.Spare parts are expensive. ( High Maintenance cost) ex. The wiper blade is INR 1500 in open market its available at INR 350. 5. Most of the time Skoda dealers do not have spare parts stock. so your car will be parked for 2 ~5 days in their workshop some time you have to wait even months for parts arrival. 7.Most of the time their service technician cannot diagnosis the problem and fix the problem first time rightly. You may be forced to revisit service work several time to resolve a problem. 8.Some time dealer want to replace parts unnecessarily to promote spare parts sale. 9. If your car is have extended warranty, the dealer cannot take decision, they have to get approval from third party so you are made to wait 2 or 3 day to get approval. 10. Road side assistance is non existence. Once after servicing from a well known dealer next day I took car to fill petrol, the petrol lid did not open, I called Road assistance, it was of no help, they did not sent any assistance. This happened twice. Over all bad experience. I do not know what Skoda Service Department is doing. I feel A Car = Product + Service. If service fails the total car fails. Any failure happens it 100% failure for me.

It’s a good car to drive around in high ways and city ride. My car driven 95k KM. Engine got seized, when it was 36k due to flad, Got repaired in vinayaka Skoda after paying 5.2L. Chief technician in vnayaka Skoda is a disaster!! After repair the engine it got seized again in 80k!! They did not change the engine water pump, ( still it is billed from them to me ) and it got cut while driving followed by engin got seized. Now they are asking 3L to repair the engine. Don’t trust vinayaka Skoda Kr puram. They will not change many parts they billed. They know only service. For machanic they don’t have skilled professionals. Skoda rapid Maintenance of 4 years is 7.2L!!! Still counting.

Poor service. I think they don’t have Good engineers. I have problem with a/c , brake and shock Absorber. I given for service more than five times in 15,000 km. But the problem still exists. car is very good and very nice to drive the problem is service in Kerala especially in Manikandan Skoda

Buying the car is way too easier with the help of carwale . I saw the car in carwale and did all the ground level comparisons with the other cars of same genre. Having the test drive done of every car of the same genre Skoda rapid wins over all the other . Though it maybe the drive experience or the comfort or the sophisticated technology of the car it marks it as the best in class among its competitors. Maintenance and service made it much easier have the car , offering 4 years of free service!!! Only Pros as mentioned above no cons

Superb driving experience.. Only missed sunroof and few features like button start, smartcard entry, else top pick in sedans around the price range. DSG Automatic gear box is the most advantage for this model, even don't feel the difference of gear shifts

Buying experience: If I get a brand new/used(not older than 2012) skoda automatic for 12 Lakhs /4 lakhs respectively, I would buy that right away
Riding experience: I drove Audi/Tesla but want to try skoda as well
Details about looks, performance etc: Skoda looks classy and stylish
Servicing and maintenance: Based on reviews , I feel it's pocket friendly when it comes to service and maint
Pros and Cons: Always pros , I don't see any cons.

It has a fuel injector issue which is costing more and poor service makes it more worst. Buying skoda is getting more burdens in your life. Please check for reviews on the skoda services.

Buying experience: Excellent as I bought it from TAFE ACCESS the genuine one in Bangalore. I liked the extended kilometers drive to take complete look at it personally and tried multiple variants eithout a hicup as dealer made sure all could be tried at best time of my choice.
Riding experience: Initially had my reservations on its drivability. Once i drove i found myself being fresh even if i rode it to mysore.
Details about looks, performance etc: It has been the best basis the x model the top end. Especially red color and blavk top coating.
Servicing and maintenance: I wanted peace of mind so went directly for skoda direct 3 yr maintenance package no one provided such a reasonable package.
Pros and Cons: Pros is even if I got hit by a bullet bike on rear bumber it was still sturdy and handled the bump well. No visible marks even after it nor even loosen or bumper coming out. Luxury feel and no diff in mileage with ac. I clocked 25kmpl on highway! I think these cars are very underrated in market. I compared sound quality with others it was best in class. There are hidden features which are known later like all brands keep makijg it feel like new upmarket feature but its stabdard with skoda - windows can be rolled up with key. Cons: You can not accomodate heavy adults in back upto 3 but only two adults and a kid can be comfortable.

Very bad service not check my car part always pushing buy new part . because car service target is very high .why to customer extra pay because car in warranty .you buy new car warranty is 4 year .but not free all paid ??????????????
