If you are going for Innova, then go for it, for its engine is the smoothest. It also has huge space. Actually, Marina and Innova are not comparable, as they fall in different segment.
My car, (Marina petrol), is still going as good as new, but only I drive it, and treat her with care. With a driver driving it, results may be different:-)
Fusion feels and looks god, but being from the stable of Ford, it commands poor resale value.

Hi, I am weighing my options for a diesel car. I love the look of Marina but, just can't make up my mind for it. My father in law has had one of these for 4 years now. For the first 2, it ran beautifully, & the last 2, it's been painful. It's sluggish & slow.. while still maintains the feeling of power & control. How is your car going? would you recommend it over (say) Fusion and/or Innova (if space wasn't a consideration for me)? Thank, Nitin

It is a great car and the comment is useful. I myself have a Marina DiCOR and is really good. If you have issues with the engine, I recommend having the car's ECU and its connections to pedals checked. Drive by Wire is sometimes not performing as expected and needs some tweaking.
