In that case the worst FE could have been found out. 
Lack of content: When I read it there was a feeling as if everything was rushed thru. It would have been good if you did go a little more into detail.

@Ami: We always do an FE run in the way you suggest, but it would unfair to the car if we were to assume it would give us the same fuel efficiency on unfamiliar roads. I always drive cars on the same route when I get to take them home, and my commute itself gives me all conditions from a dual-carriageway national highway, to crowded rush-hour traffic to potholed small-town roads. In the M's case, the only time I drove it from tankful to tankful was during testing - would that be a fair measure of the car's real efficiency? :)
Could you please elaborate on what you meant by 'lack of content'?

If you read my posts, I have mentioned it clearly, not just Car India but even OverDrive and Autocar India. I think instead of criticizing me, you should ask carwale to answer my questions. I have questioned them, if they are correct they yet have to answer me? Talking about Vicky.in. hahaha. I read in some other road test that Charles doesn't know to form English sentences and he is bad at vocab as well? I went thru all ur posts and I relaize that you have criticized Carwale, charles or anything in general in 90% posts. You compare Carwale with sites people haven't even heard of (vicky.com???). Now you say Car india has a great team! Aspi is a great racer and Amit is a great writer. Car india prints 5k copies, that too are not sold I guess. Lol.

Dude, what's wrong with you and what are you upto? What have forced to join Carwale forum even if you hate almost everything here?

@Charles: Nice worded. But am highly disappointed due to heavy lack of content.
FE could have been calculated from tank full to tank full method. No excuses there.
@Rahul: 4WD, 'Smooth and Linear' are commonly used terms in test drives. They doesn't need much explanation. I do admit that 'quattro' is an exception.

No technical information, a person's knowledge about the car before and after the road test is the same. So whats the use of the road test, your just showing your vocabulary skills, and nothing what you have understood about the car.
2nd: If I'm a first time reader, I won't come to know from the road test that the car is 4WD. No mention of it even once. (and in Audi it was repeated n number of times)
3rd: "The power delivery is smooth and linear" Can you explain this? I have failed to understand it. I'm still a learner and will be one for my entire life.
Charles, if all these tests are written by you, then I have made a picture of you. Your a person who has good command on his words, knows the specifications or a car, but lacks that touch of knowing the car with its very minute detail.
So far this is my view, and all I can say is CW should have someone who can understand very minute detail of the car.
I'm not promoting anyone, but look at Car India, all professionals. Aspi (a racer) knows his cars well. Amit (assistant editor) an engineer, who knows how things work. A great team of content writers
If you think I'm promoting Car India, let us consider Overdrive , Sirish himself is a Mechanical Engineer
Autocar India, now their road testers are either racers or people who know their cars.
I have known many of this personally and thats why I'm commenting.though I don't really know much about the CarWale's editorial team
I will be happy to know you as well. But I'm no longer a part of the the content stuff anywhere.
And my work is completely different
@Pankaj as you had mentioned about correcting the errors, I can't find any changes.

Thank you for your feedback. We're already working on acquiring the data for the same. And don't believe all that you see - that seat had been pushed forward for another shot, following which this particular shot was taken. :)
