Mahindra Scorpio mHawk
I am still thinking how to start this road-test review to keep you glued. And I am not doing all that well at that. What instantly popped in my mind was a mention of hospital and doctors. Sounds uncanny, does it not? Did to me too, that’s why you don’t see this article starting with “Doctors are lifesavers” that I’d planned for earlier. But then again, one would wonder upon the probable link between doctors and Mahindra Scorpio – the car in question here. Hear me out, for once, as I have a little moronic yet logical (sort of) answer to it.
You see, doctors save lives. They perform operations. They treat the patients and help them become well. Mahindra too did the same with the Scorpio. A lot of ‘operations’ and a heart transplant later you get this – the Mahindra Scorpio mHawk. So now that my reasoning (moronic or otherwise) is done with, let’s get going.
The Scorpio mHawk, as it is called, is the most rounded effort hitherto as far as the Scorpio brand name is concerned. It is grown-up, quite polished a drive and a comfy mile-munching set of wheels. But for me Scorpio has always been a bestial machine having a gallant character to induce fear in mere cars trundling about on the roads. So has the change of heart and limbs soften the spirit of this true, genuine beast? No, not even slightly.
