My colleague who owns Polo says they only treat the Jetta, Passat customers nicely. Then why are they selling Polo and Vento?

Rapid and Vento have both problematic systems like gear box, steering, and a noisy engine.

I hope you have taken extended warranty as I suggested earlier since spares and service will be very expensive.

Customers are put off by haughty behaviour and high cost of VW .

VW and Skoda are behaving in same way, both very expensive and both provide very poor after sales service. So,if you wish to retain the car for some years,do take a extended warranty for whatever it is worth.

Hi Nipunbharti, I dont own a Vento. Hence was to stay away from providing Vento ownership exeperience feedback.
Looking at Anuj Verma's post, I get a feeling that the service engineers with whom Anuj communicated were not well versed/experienced staff to solve his Vento car problems.
The dealers in India are yet to make a big leap in providing best customer experience. I had a similar problem (Repetitive malfunctioning) with one of my previous vehicles. None of the dealers were able to resolve and I kept approaching different dealer and finally got resolved with one of them.
May be Anuj should try the same and approach more VW dealers.
