28-Apr,2008New Delhi, April 28, 2008: Hyundai Motor India, India’s largest passenger car exporter and the second largest car manufacturer in India organized a Mileage Challenge Rally 2008 exclusively for the Indian automobile media. Expressing his appreciation of the media-persons’ sporting willingness to be part of a challenge rally, Arvind Saxena, Sr. Vice President, Hyundai Motor India, said: “It’s not often that we get the journalists to participate in such challenging events. The participants were already well-informed about how to get the most from the vehicles and the competitive environment brought the best out of each one of them. Most of the participating journalists even switched off their air conditioners in the sweltering heat of Delhi to get the maximum mileage out of their cars, and it was really nice to see their enthusiasm for the event.”
