I too have the same problems with my Wagonr
I have purchased in 2008 Dec. Till now it 12000 KM. My problem is same as your. In LPG mode while driving at 80 KM and above engine suddenly becomes OFF. Before this I notice a explotion like sound in the engine and the air filter opens up. When I take to dealer he promptly changes the Ignitor and says no problem sir. Till now three times it has occured. Three times ignitor change and one time Air filter assembly change. After warranty i do not know.

Take the vehicle and throw it in from where you bought. Put a complaint in consumer forum and put it on internet.

in 18 months i have driven 42000 km with my wagonR duo & i was very much satisfied with performance. at the rate of Rs 25 per lpg & Rs 47 for petrol, i saved Rs 1&15paise per km with lpg.
but the pick up was very poor in city limits, still for highway driving it was excellent.

1-Company fitted LPG Kints are very fine and success
only when LPG is filled from a filling satation.
2- If you will use to fill dimestic LPG having lot of Kachara Kit will not aork propery.
3- If want to fill LPG from Cylender better to get fitted approvrd Kit from Market.
