1. The buying experience is nice all the salesman are very friendly. 2. The suspension is on the stiffer side because of this small pothole feels like a big one. 3. It looks nice and the performance is very good in city ride but on the highway,s you feel that the car is having low power. 4. My personal service experience is not very good with suzuki service.

Exterior classy, a big car feeling with its tall boy design, chrome  adds to the glamour, adaptable to all sorts of traffic

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) remarkable; easy to get in and out- advantage for elders, pregnant ladies; gives a luxury class feel with the new black-beige combination; one has to put seat covers preferably art-leather to ensure comfort; front power windows are sufficient, rear is luxury; floor mats, steering wheel covers will be useful; 2nd row fits only 3 avg sized adults; comfortable like an suv in long journeys; don't feel tired; needs more storage space inside; 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 very good except for pick up with AC on and 5 passengers, smooth gear shifts, mileage matches company's numbers; this is not a sporty car, but suited for a comfortable rides in the usual 45-60km/hr speeds; mileage improves considerably after 15000 kms. have driven so far 20500 kms including city, small town villages and highway roads

Ride Quality & Handling

 easily maneuverable in cities, rough roads in villages, and a pleasure in highways

Areas of improvement  suspension, when you think about our roads, boot space;  if you are planning a car suitable for all your family members, requiring ride in both cities and village roads, mainatenance cost - this is a reliable mate, best car for the common man
