Can anyone suggest me and help me ... I am planning to Buy this month .. which sould I go for SWIFT or RITZ (VDi)

I drive atleast 120 Kms per day,

I have read lots of Positive reviews of Swift VDi, Please help me in choosing in between the two.

Updating My review again on....... 11th Nov 2009 ....

On 20th July I had proudly and happily written that I had purchased a Fiat Punto .. it was a great experience for first few days only ... and then the real problem started all the tyres started wearing and at 5500 Kms theywere totally weared .. Fiat changed the tyres twice once at the dealers work shop and after another 3500 Kms at FIAT plant at Pune... I was able to send the vehicle to Plant as i live in Pune what about the others ? .... even after two tyre changes and three repairs the problem is still very much there ... I am totaly upset with the way FIAT deals with its customers ..... Now I am regretting the decision that I opted for FIAT vehicle .... Should had gone for a TRUSTED brand ...... Thats it FOLKs hope this will help you......

i think the swift is right choice.on highway i fill more confidance in swift than ritz and it is already proven car.

Hi, I think Swift is a good option and its too early to give decision @ Maruti Ritz. Swift has already proved its performance. There is nodoubt about its power, pickup and mileage. Also, I feel about space Swift is more comfortable than Ritz. If you still want to think about Ritz, just wait for 3 to 4 months to get the complete picture. Today only I can suggest you to go for Swift only. With Regards, Manish Patil

My Earlier message on 20th July Proudly and Happily saying that I purchased Fiat Grande Punto ..... Today am REGRETTING .... Why on the earth I purchased PUNTO ..... It would had been great if I had purchased SWIFT ....

Sorry Folks...... I cancelled the plans of Buying Swift or Ritz ..... already got Fiat Punto DI Emotion..... its far far better in Looks, Performance and internal feature.... IT ROCKS

I HAVE DRIVEN RITZ VDI FOR 4000KM FROM MAY25 ONWARDS. IT IS EXCELLENT CAR WITH MORE HEADROOM,LEGROOM AND OVERALL RIDE QUALITY, BUT IT IS GOOD FOR CITY. FOR HIGHWAY RIDE I THINK SWIFT IS BETTER SUITED BECAUSE OF ITS BROAD TYRES AND LOW HIGHT. RITZ TENDS TO SWAY ON HIGH SPEEDS ON HIGHWAYS OTHERWISE IT IS BETTER THAN SWIFT.
