Hello everyone, I am Sachin, residing in bangalore. I have decided to buy swift dzire vxi. the on-road price in bangalore is around 5.90 lakhs, while the on-road price in hosur is around 5.52 lakhs for the same variant. My question is, is it safe to buy the car from hosur ( it's in tamil nadu)? Will there be any legal issues in future if a buy a car from a different state? please help, your valuable inputs will save me a few thousands. Thanks in advance

bye gauri.
1st stop kidding. confusion canbe min'd if you put the point of confusion. zxi/vdi has no comparison ie petrol/diesel. both r good/best in respt. segment. plz. place ur query in rite form. stop appreciating, other reader mayget confused. since their is no comparison, first dicide your need. got it
r u serious thanread:up-gradation is on for petrol, cc not dicided yet(diesel later). best is waitfor zxi if u needpetrol itis more peppier,or else gofor diesel. AvoidRitz

Gauri, happy to help. The VDi(ABS) does make perfect sense. The Petrol engine in the Swift will be replaced by the KB12 engine from the Ritz by the second quarter next year, so plonking for the diesel version makes more sense.
