I recently bought the new VDI with ABS and must say that its a brutal diesel car with phenomenal mileage of 19-20 in city driving. The handling is a bit on the shakier side due to high center of gravity but road grip is quite decent and pickup a blaze even with AC on. Overall 9/10 for the car. I could not give 10 stars as its not value for money as for a 5.5 lac car, even a sterao and airbag is not offered.

It is a plus point that Maruti has provided a socket for MP3 players in their integrated music systems. This is missing in Hyundai i10. I wish Maruti could also provide a UBS port on the beautifully integrated music system. It is very much desirable in modern music systems. Can Maruti provide a Sony system in my Ritz and A-star.

I shall buy Ritz ZXi if Maruti provides AUTO CLIMATE CONTROL in it without enhancing or reasonably enhancing the price, in addition to the three desirable things mentioned in my last comment. God Speed Maruti-Ritz.

I am going to buy two new cars in the next 6 months. If Maruti (1) relocates the fuel filler inlet from left to right (driver side), as in Spark and Fiat; (2) changes crimson back-light of instrument panel to soothing GREEN, and (3) integrates the oddly placed tachometer with the classically excellent and superbly shaped white console already given, my two new cars shall be: Ritz ZXi and A-Star ZXi. Readers please comment. Hyundai should also relocate fuel filler as pointed out.

Ramesh, are you sponsored by Suzuki rivals? Do your homework please before writing a review on the latest workhorse from Maruti stable. I have only test driven the ZXi and confirmed it has got TUBELESS TYRES, REMOTE FUEL LID AND TAILGATE OPENER. Please do not mislead the readers. I think your review is fit case to demonstrate how desperate Suzuki rivals have gone to falsify features which a customer can easily refute by visiting Maruti dealers.

it "has" tubless tyres ... i have bought ritz vxi and it possesses jk tyre tubeless ... loving every moment of my driving now ...

How u can say that it has tubeless tyres whereas it has not been mentioned in specification of car. Please let me know how we can identify that it has tubeless tyres.

(Petrol) This car is a beauty to drive. Good looks powerfull engine with nice fuel efficiency.
Diesel engine is almost same as Swift diesel in power. Same BHP and Torque and i sure the fuel efficiency will be the same as well.
