as we all know maruti suzuki is well known for serving old wine in new bottles.the same is done with this estilo.they packed it with the soul of a-star.  After the launch of super flop cars by maruti "A-star" and "Ritz" it became a matter of a BIG TENSSION that how to hold up their reputation in market. as a result they are gonna re-launch each and every car.

About Estilo, overall its a nice car AC is very effective and noisy too. The new pin technology for gear shift is not that nice........ about safety and interiors. There is not even a single safety feature other than airbag in vxi. Interiors are fabulous. Chocolate and beige tone gives a great look and luxury to car.... It is damn true that Estilo is the best car under this segment (300000-400000). We have maruti s trust and the best resale value... if we compare estilo with santro or spark, about hyundai parts are so costly and the vehicles too..... On the other hand spark..... What if GM closes? this is the only answer to spark...... I took test drives of all the three cars but frankly saying I had never seen such a smart suspenssion which is provided  by spark....
I would personally suggest everyone to go for maruti estilo or spark.........

I had a wagon R,had absolutely no problems with it,but since Zen estilo too has the same engine I wanted to go for the new car which is more attractive .It does not have a blind spot from the driver's seat like wagon R,so helps while driving.mirrors too can be adjusted from inside,very convenient! very comfortable in driver's seat,but for long legged people in the back seats can be cramped leg space.good style,nice colours,good ac,adjustable mirrors from inside,no blind spot on the right while drivless spacious for back seats,no rear wiper.

When I had seen the ZEN ESTILO, I decided to buy it and eagerly I requested to nearest Maruti dealer but I was disappointed after the test ride because the driver seat leg room is very much congested and you will have to push your seat back but again if car loaded with 5 people then back seat guys would be frustrated because of leg room again. I would not recommend to buy ESTILO but you should have a test ride before you buy, at a first glance ESTILO attracts to everyone. Exterior

Bold look of the car is much better than the earlier version. I think it looks better than a-star and i-10. available colours are also nice. Dusky brown is the best one.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

I have gone through many reviews before finalizing my car and found many comments that the space is a problem with this car and there are noise in side the cabin. I test drove a-star, i-10, spark and estilo. I didnt found any noise in estilo. even I found estilo more spacious than the other three. Its really comfortable. Boot space is much better than the similar cars.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

I think New k series engine is better than hyundai kappa. I completed 1500 kms in 1 & 1/2 months in Kolkata and I am really happy with my decision to go for estilo. I was getting avg 12kmpl with ac on and 15kmpl with ac off before 1st service (Serviced on 01.02.10). New DPT gear box is a big change. Its very smooth compared to others.

Ride Quality & Handling

Till now I drove the car within Kolkata city and never went for a long drive. Inside city ride quality is good and comfortable. even handling the car in a city like Kolkata with so many buses, taxis autos and ricksaws is excellent.

Final Words

I booked my car on 10th October 2009 after a long research (internet and other sources) from Mohan Motor Udyog, Kolkata and got my car on 10th December 2009. I am very satisfied with my car and its performance. its not possible for a car to meet all ur expectations within limited budget. New Estilo is Value for money car in my opinion.  I'll recommend this car if u r looking for a small family car. But everybody have their own choice and opinion.

Looks, fuel economy, driving comfortnot yet found

All in All Zen Estilo is a fantastic car. Am driving the LXi model and its a great vehicle to manouvre in city, is easy to park. If choice is b/w Santro, Indica, Wagon R, Estilo and Spark....go for Estilo for sure. Its fuel efficient, lot of boot space, stylish, beautiful beige interiors, good AC alongwith Power steering and Power windows.
Gear shift could have been better. Engine is time tested Wagon R engine but with better fuel economy.
Truly value for money. Highly recommended....

It has been now almost two years since I have bought my Zen Estilo Vxi Model on 19th Feb 2007. It is just too good to be true. The comfort level is fantastic.

The interiors are just perfect for any kind of color of the car. The Exteriors are exactly the same as the Japanese model of Suzuki Wagon MR model.

The mileage is good i.e. around 13 to 14 kms/ltr in the city and around 16-17kms/ltr on the highway. The maximum speed which one can achieve without getting the car to wobble would be somewhere close to 120 kms/hr.

Since the front engine space is less one gets a good judgement on the road. There is absolutely no sound of the engine and the gears are also very very flexible.

If one can put it in one sentence " It is a great car to be in love with".

Comfortable to drive, Good Mileage and Classy ExteriorsNot available as yet in LPG / CNG model

today I had the teat ride of the newer Maruti Estilo (I am also owner of its earlier version Maruit Zen - Estilo - VXI since last 6 months).

My test was only to check the changes made by the maruti team in the newer avtaar of Estilo.

As far as the looks are concerned the company has give major face lift to the front of the car. The bonnet is litter bigger than the previous version due to the larger K-series engine under its hood. Also the headlamp design has been changes to suit the current fad. Rest of the exterior of the vehicle is same as that of its previous version (except for the provision of rear wipers).

The interior space of the vehicle has not changed even after stretching the length of car by 10 cm (extra length utilized for bigger engine). The interior is not much changed apart from the tow tone color arrangement and some changes in the instrument panel of the car.

Coming to the newer engine of the car which is peppy yet feel something is missing. The new engine of 3 cylinder  pumps 68 BHP of power ( increase of 4 BHP from its earlier model) and have torque of 90 NM (increase of 6 NM). The gearbox is also changed but have similar driving experience as that of earlier version. Overall the new engine is more economical and adhering to the new emission norms to be implemented from year 2010.

Overall the company has tried to down play the ZEN  and highlight ESTILO branding in the newer version. The ride of the car is smooth and very comfortable to drive specially in the city traffic and will prove to be a value for money for its customers.

I own a zen 2004 model only problem i had was entry to the car iam little over weight and is very diffecult for me to enter and exit and seat is very low in the old zen.This is corrected in the new zen estilo. Seat is so correctly positioned that driver will get a very good road view. entry and exit is so easy. About the price, that i will compramise with the after saleservice and the customer care maruthi provides to us. Body coloured bumpers,Head and Tail lamps are so stylish. Estilo will be very comfortable for four people I mean for a small family,, It has good luggage space.stunning looks ,,,,,,,to be presice she is so sexy .seats are little congested,if driver pushes his seat back the rear seater will suffer
