The cabin is absolutely noiseless. The car glides on the roads (all kinds of roads). & is extremely stable at high speeds ( done 165km/hr) with full control on the car. The engine is very responsive even in top gears. The ground clearance is 170mm, so no worries on the road & if you raise the seat height, you feel pretty high, SUVish feeling.

Its the D segment winner. I have driven the camry & the sonata beats it any day on performance & space. The old accord is neck to neck. However the new accord beats the Sonata, but hey, the new accord is at 18-19lkh.

The mileage is not that great around 7 kmpl (AC on) (petrol). But what do you expect from a 2.4 l engine.

Another bad thing is that the music system doesnt have an AUX input or a ipod plug in jack.

At 14 lakhs in delhi, its a lot of value for my buck.

Excellent Highway crusier. Great stability at high speeds with good dynamics. I have owned Embera for 3 years from now and I feel it was the most underrated. It can out run many sedans in its class in every aspect thanks to its lacklusture publicity and brand image ,sonata poses a sorry pic in buyers imagination. people take a 2nd look at the car be it anywhere. you need to own a sonata to know its worth. with a fuel avg of 7kmpl/city 11/hiway, tease your brains and not nerves to buy one.

Nice. Embera Petrol is pretty peppy, i have driven it & its a great car....veeeryyyyy spacious,pure luxury. But can you elaborate on the fuel economy if 7 kmpl is in the city or highway.
