Before zeroing it to Sonata, I looked at Corolla, Skoda Laura, Accord. Sonata is a good car with good space for all passenger. Corrolla was too compact. Laura is compact and expensive than Hyudai. Sonata.

Enginer power is good.I am wondering why Hyundai is not marketing this car at all. I have never seen adv anywhere. Look wise its not head turner, but a classic look.

Overall satisfied with the car.

Dear Swarandeep, I have not typically measured the mileage, but I think it would be in the range of 8 or 9 km/l. The good thing of Embera is that it is quite spacious and handles highway driving well. Besides, it is cheaper than other competitor cars- Accord- 3L cheaper, Skoda (superb) 6-7L cheaper.

Dear Arvind, I am planning on buyin a new car & its more or less a toss up between a couple of cars..i am inclined 2wards a embera petrol manual..since u hav been using the embera..i wud like 2 know how is the fuel economy of the car? (i mostly drive on highways)..wat sort of average is the car givin u?..moreover how does the car handle whilde drivin? suspension etc & r there ne maintainence issues that hav come up till now?..ur reply will help me a lot..
