Full Review

I have been driving my Accent Executive for 3 months now. The car is amazing.

The drive is smooth. The car handles the potholes and bad roads excellently. The car also handles high speeds also excellently. The car is very silent and the pickup is excellent. It gives a good FE too. I am getting 13 without AC in city. Have not tested highway mileage.

The driving position is comfortable. The tilt steering is very useful.  The front seats are very comfortable. The interiors are excellent. The colour combinations, the dashboard, etc. AC is awesome. Many a times I have to switch it off after 10 mins as I feel cold inside the car. The back seat is also comfortable though the incline could have been slightly more. Anyways no compliants. Many people opine that the back seat height is too low and hence difficult for old people. Both my father and father in law have not had issues with this. One is 70+ and other is nearing 70.

The car comes with lots of features like rear defogger, keyless entry, wood finish dash, body colored bumpers and side mirrors, tilt steering, leather wrapped steering and gear knob.

All in all this is a great VFM.

I am also going to buy a Hunday Accent Executive tomorrow i.e. 12/28/2009. I do have enough experience with my past 2 cars and I now feel that Accent Executive is the best thing for me. I also do feel that Accent Executive offers more than a Entry level Sedan. I strongly recommend Accent!

accent exec is a superb combination of power, comfort and interior styling. ac is excellent even in hottest conditions, pick up is great, interior is classic. tho only negative point is fuel efficiency, i get 10 kpl with ac in city driving, w/o ac its 13kpl..but still u can go for cng/lpg for fuel costs saving, so overall its a great buy..

Hi there, My name is Manish. I am planning to buy a mid size car. Till so far I have browsed hyundai Accent - Executive, New Ford 1.4 TDCI, and Ford Ikon 1.3 Rocam. I am about 6 feet tall & I love high speed driving. My daily run is about 40 km ( 20 on highways & 20 in the city). I think Hyundai Accent is good value for money but at the same time its look is outdated .I m confused. Please suggest. Presently I own Hyundai Santro - Xing -XP and want to upgrade. Budget 5 ~ 7 lacs.

AI TOO INTENT TO BY A.EXCUTIVE ITS A NICE CAR WITH UNMATCHED INTERIORS AND BEST OF DRIVING. YOU CAN RUN A FLY OVER WITH FIVE PERSON ONBOARD AND WITH FIFTH GEAR ON .. THIS IS HOW THE ENGINE WORKS A BEST ONE IN RANGE. CAN ANY OTHER CAR DO THAT NO. IT IMMEDIATLY SHOWS SIGNS OF NEED TO CHANGE GEAR. THIS IS THE POWER OF THE ENGINE, AC, SITING COMFORT AND ON TOP OF ALL GROUND CLEARNANCE IN SEDAN RANGE IS THE BEST IN ACCENT EXECUTIVE. AFTERALL THE CAR HAS BEEN ON ROAD FOR LAST 10 YEARS. HI Even I'm planning to go for a Sedan which fits within my budget (Rs.5.5-6.0Lac). I was very much interested in Dzire vxi, which is really good. But the waiting time is too high (6 months).Indigo and Logan is ruled out from my list. Ford Ikon comes as a Vanilla flavor with noth much attractive interior and much lesser power. Accent Executive is a Power Pack Vehicle with whopping 94HP, excellent room space and less maintenance compared with Ford.

dear negi, overall reviews directs to go for swift dzire.

Hi Pankaj, I am also planning to buy a entry level sedan in the next few weeks or so. I have shortlisted the below models, all of which are in the same price range. 1. Swift Dzire Vxi 2. Hyundai Accent Executive 3. Ford Ikon Rocam 1.3 4. Ford Duratorque 1.4 5. Tata Indigo CS Dicor 6. Loagan GLX 1.6 Appreciate if anyone of the viewers have carried out any comparision of the above models. As of now, I am more inclined towards Dzire 'coz of the Maruti Goodwill.
