Ah well you seem to be a young man and well driving at 40 to 50 kms er hour cannot be your cup of tea!. Also city driving is always heavy on fuel. Just enjoy the car within the city as much as you can is all I can say. Do check the tyre pressure and keep it optimal and lower the ac once the cooling occurs. Would make a marginal difference.

tats a gud average dinesh .but u r talking about highways.i usualy take out my car for gedi purpose nd get an avg of 9(with ac alwaz on)..so hw cn i get a gud average ?.me na ma frnzz also do drag races nd its a surprise tat accent easily beats lancer and swift...:)

I have witnessed a god increase on highways for my car but the dealer saya any fitment which is not as per specifications may not be ideal. I have got 16 km per litre on highways now. Dinesh

hii..my name is rommy..i am using accent gle for 1 year and getting an avg of 9 with or without ac...
my car is equipped with alloys (15 inches)..it is costing me arnd 4 or 4-3/km.i am thru with all the 3 services .but xpecting an avg of 12/litre...will it work...?...

hi my name is kaushik . i have recntly bought the accent excecutive. the car is v good. great pick up. the mileage isnt very good.the car still hasnt gone for the 2nd servicing yet. but its the best value for money car present in the market. u get a 1.5l 95 bhp sedan @just 5.6lcs wat else do u want????

About the much talked about mileage of Accent GLE. My Accent is 3 months old have done more than 5k km till now. I have been experimenting it with the mileage since the beginning. I travel daily from faridabad to Delhi and have a daily commute of about 60 kms. I have started with a mileage of 12+ but my last filling has given me 16.3. WHich is unbelievable. The mileage has gradually increased with changes in the pattern of driving and AC use..It may go up after first service and in winters.

Hello every-one.
i read everone's comments and querries. I am planning to buy an Accent GLE CNG from Faridabad.
I am college going student and currently driving a swift VXI cng and getting an average of Re.1/km which i think is very economical. I drive in a good manner. But I am confused about the maintainence of Accent with CNG? And also about the weight of the CNG cylinder i should get installed. Wether 14kg? or more..as my daily driving is around 80-100 kms/day. So please help me out.
