It is a car which really gives an impression of "Love at first site". I have a Night hawk black Honda Civic AT which I purchased in January 2007.The feel of grace when one steps into the driver seat is unbeliveable.The paddle shift buttons given on the steering wheel gives a feeling of one driving a sports car. The welcome illumination of the LED on the instrumental pannel is really very good.The speedometer which has digital display is very comfortable and very attractive. The Six CD changer which has been given is of good quality.The sound effects from the six speekers is good.All the buttons in the instrumental pannel as well as the glove box opener is within the reach of the driver.Overall the driver feels he is in his own cabin.The leg room for the navigator as well as in the rear is good. The best part of the rear seating is that the floor is flat,does not have a bar in the middle and this makes the person sitting in the middle comfortable.The boot space is ok.The car is giving me an average of 12kms/lit in the city and 15kms/lit on high way.The only drawback is that the cabin is not very silent, which is a big neagtive point as I drive in the city traffic. I feel,this is an car which is worth its prize.

Mine is a Manual (1.8M) taken on Feb 1st 2008 - The car gives me 11/12 in Highway / 9 Overall (Hill driving) / 8 to 8.5 in City --- I drive pretty hard though--- So i don't find any figures less than mentioned by me (I keep AC on always irrespective of outside climatic condition) - u better check ur car! ;)

What i was really looking for is how an AT model compares to the MT model?

Dear Friends,The secret of getting good average is to drive Civic AT by keeping the RPM around 1500 to 2000. I always see to it that the car RPM around 1500 to 2000,engine is switched off in traffic signals and when there is traffic jam.I drive the car in paddle shift in 3rd gear when there is traffic.I know its difficult to do in the initial days of driving as I have experienced it.I have clocked 14000kms and I go for long drives ( Haven driven to Kerala from Aurangabad,Maharashtra) too.

Hi... Can you guys let me know if teh MT is good value for money... Only problem in bangalore being the road humps, does this touch the bumps often... What is the mileage in City and Highway?

My friend Mazher drives a AT and he gets 6 km in city and 8 to 9 on the highway and he is a sprited driver

Hi Doc, I drive a Civic AT model & have done about 7oooKM,My car gives a mileage of 7KM/Litre and was surprised to read ur comment on mileage. Are u sure cause i have checked with a wholelot of guys and all get around 6/7KM /Litre. Jav

Thx for writing the review. I am planning to buy this car very soon. Good to know that you are a satisfied customer. Well kindly clarify more on the cabin quietness. Presently i have honda city VTech (old model). Is cabin quieter as compared to my car or no much difference.
