Despite numerous rivals, the city has always been the numero uno in its class, the city as its name suggests is a great city car due to its easy to use short throw gearbox, comfy interiors,light steering which is a boon in traffic.The idsi engine gives 77bhp which seems small in paper but it does not feel underpowerd , but the main reason for its success is its mileage which at 12 in city is brilliant considering that its a petrol motor.Buying a city also means very good resale value due to its success in the market , also the HONDA service is excellent. Of course its not all roses , the frugal engine means its nowhere as fun as the fiesta 1.6 , the light steering is a problem in highways.The v-tec though powerful is overpriced at 9 lakhs.With the sx4 competion has become cut throat ,but for those who want a comfy , frugal midsizer its the one to buy.
