Full Review

I have been driving a Zen for 7 years and when i thought of changing cars decided to go for one which gave me the best driving experience. I test drove Getz, Palio, Swift, UVA and finally settled for 1.6 Petrol Fusion. Swift and UVA were good but the extra space in Fusion tilted the scales in its favour.

I have been driving the car for two months now and have driven over 2000 kms over all kinds of roads from Dehradun to Delhi, Delhi to Chandigarh, etc

The car is an ultimate drivers' car. Excellent driving position, makes you feel like you are driving an SUV. Excellent pickup. Drives real smooth. Has all features that are required like Power steering, power windows, rear wiper, rear defogger, etc

Got a mileage of 15 plus on the highway and 12-13 in the city.

Only downer I can write is the tyre noise that seems to percolate through to the insides.

Overall a great car. Go for it and you wont regret the decision.

That's one 'nice' review. Probably, because it coincides with my opinion & also because I am buying one next month, but, definitely because it comes very close to reality. I tried a few cars (swift,SRV,honda-city, scorpio, tavera, corolla etc)...they generally all give the same feel. But the moment I stepped into a Fusion, I knew this was something all together different. The test drive for 4 minutes, tilted the scales categorically and without any doubt not just in favour, but only for it.

Charanjeet, I could not agree more with you on the car's performance, but am only surprised to see 12- 13 kmpl fuel economy in city and 15+ on highways. Are you talking petrol or diesel?
