The car is good to use if you keep it just like a child & if you want to use, it'll collapse after every 1000-3000kms, gives a mileage of 13 - 15 in a mix of highway & city use. engine & other parts quality is very bad, from 30000 kms onwards am paying heavily for maintenence. Car is not running @ more than a speed of 90kmph / 2000 rpm. purchased the car and kept the car in service centre for 5 - 10 days a month
every 10 days i book my car for problem, they correct it and after few days the same problem arises and i have to take the car back service station. and their service circle & bill goes on & on.

Yup this car sucks. see its better u should not drive it for more than 90kmph speed, it will give good mileage, and low maintainence. just think u purchased a scooter at a price of 8lacs! or just keep it for highway drives where a driver drives with very very care. give the name of ur dealer whose the same as harpreet ford. also you just write mail to write2md@ford.com . see if they repair ur car.

i too have the same problem after 30000km i have paid about Rs 2,00,00/- on my bill towards the repair and service and i have left my car for about 40+4+10+22 days in service centers for the repair

New problem discovered at harpreet ford: they forget to replace fuel filter till 60000kms and blame customer for low mileage, low acceleration, high on maintenence. fuel filter has not been changed even once till 61000kms. i have to take car to service centre again & again for same problem & pay bills each time. Because of there negligence in maintenence I've paid twice for timing belt, have to get road side assistance and got the brakepads changed just after the car came from service centre.
