I would say, it's highly unfortunate. I have driven 20K, not having a single busted tyre experience.

The quality of tyres (Apollo Accelere, 195/60/15) is certainly a concern. I have had the vehicle only for about 2 months and only 2500 KMS on the ODO and already have a busted tyre. This was when driving was mostly in the city , incidents like this does not inculcate any confidence in the vehicle itself. I am not sure how to take up this matter, should I contact the Dealer, the company itself or should I just buy a new tyre..Please suggest ..?

For 11 Lac budget, i would bet for Magnum 2.0 LT.

Optra 2.0: Performance + economy in it's class
City: expensive in it's class
