my car has run almost 30000 kms now no problems so far except for routine service costs which is hardly anything rs 400 to 500 per service also i highly recommend to change from the stock tyres to better tyres i have changed to michelin pp2 205/55/15 huge difference in grip and cornering
mileage is 10 in city 12 on highway with hard braking and acceleration with speeds above 120 kmp if u drive at a sedate 80 to 100 it gives 14 kpl
by the way our laura also gives 10 to 11 kmp in the city

Great car!! I bought mine six months ago and have clocked 12,000 on the odo...great on the highway...a little vague with the steering..but this is certainly alright with the ride that it offers...which is by far class leading... I checked the civic, the skoda and the corolla before I made the choice of buying the magnum..service is a little pecky..but I'm only hoping things will improve with GM promising to have more dealers in Bangalore...

Well elantra is no longer in production and the next variant of elantra which will be coming with better features is i30 but that is still 5 to 6 months away from hitting the roads. next one year this car will be the top among all others

some of my friends have the previous optra and they dont have any complaints on GM the car has a 2 year warranty so i cant comment on it till the warranty is over anyway my car has finished the first service at 5k and mileage has increased by 1.5 kpl so far no problems except for the horn and i am very happy with the car
also there is no vibration or sound inside the car and no rattles yet
