DONT BUY FIAT AT ALL ----- REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE

   First the fault is on your part. You being in residing in Delhi Why you have gone to a fiat tata service station while you have a exclusive fiat service centre near by. Authorised exclusive service centre will take much care when compared to tata service centres. Some people may be head strong like a supervisor you faced in tata service centre for that the fiat india will not be responsible. Bring it to the notice of the fiat india regarding supply of spares and poor availability.

   The service station I went, it was Where I purchased The car also. The Problem to go to other service station is There was a Problem in RC, made by that same place. So to get my RC ok and claim the insurance ....So that was problem

   I suggest you write to FIAT and TATA Head office directly. They listen to you patiently and even call you back to check on the problem.

   Hi! Sorry to know about this! But, you can write to one Mr. Marius D'Lima in Fiat Automobiles India. Also, try a FIAT Dealer instead of a Tata FIAT dealer! Apart from this, you can get in touch with Shaman Auto in Mumbai. They are one of the BIGGEST FIAT dealers in India. They might be able to help. You can also log on to www.fiatclubindia.com for more information. This is for FIAT Car users! Don't get disappointed! Its a great car, but you just need to take this to the right caretakers

   Incidentally, there was a FIAT users meet in Lonavala, where in Shaman Auto in Mumbai had represented. As per their presentation, they are one of the BIGGEST dealers to stock spares of FIAT Cars. More so, since Adventure is going to be in production, alloy wheels shouldn't be an issue at all! You log on to www.fiatclubindia.com and write your views. You will surely get help!

    Its personal bickering than the review, I understand that the owner of car is pretty much angry over the treatment given to him, but thats not the reason not to buy a particular car. What will happen if same treatment is given to the individual by a maruti dealer? Should every one stop buying maruti?

    My name is M.P.Mani. I stay at Bangalore. I have a FIAT UNO-PETROL car of Oct, 1998 model. Total mileage covered is only 37ooo KM only. My Car has developed problems like 'poor pick-up', 'poor-idling time','AC-problem','poor-braking' etc over one year. Three TATA-FIAT dealers at Bangalore refused to take the car for service.Scared to take the car out for fear of break down in the traffic. WHAT TO DO? OR HOW TO GET RID OF THIS CAR? Please suggest.

    I own a fiat paolio elx since 2002, it was running on smoothly until i had an accident before few months ago.It wasreally very dificult to get the parts & the cost was very high.Fiat india should really work on this bacause they are losing their customer statisfaction.I personally will not want to buy a fiat car after seeing its service & parts availability.

    hello folks: is parts availablity and price still a problem inspite of the Tata-Fiat service collaboration? Is it a problem in smaller cities, or also in metros? Would you rule out buying a Fiat for non-availability of parts? Would you be comfortable taking your Fiat out on a long drive knowing that parts/service could be problem in case of a breakdown. Pls comment.
