My choice of car is complete with features such as comfort, mileage,
and reliability. A vehicle which takes on the road on the long run is
what i was looking for till now. With the launch of Mahindra Xylo







This
car has come clear with its object of giving a family car a stylish
look. Seen as the immediate competitor to Toyota Innova, which took
over the market for MUV’s when it was launched. Comparing it with the
Innova, the Innova does have a great look, but the price tag for the
same is also the topic of severe disscussion. On the same line the Xylo
has a comparitavely less price tag than the Innova. Well such a car gives the owner the absolute value for its money and also the fact that this car is comparatively low priced than the others in the MUV segment.

    Do you work for mahindra? No offense intended, just plain curious...'coz u've written a lengthy reviews on both mahindra scorpio & xylo with nothing but praises for both....

    No I do not work for mahindra, my job is of an analyst in a trading firm in mumbai and the reason i write lengthy reviews for these cars is because i own both of them at present and i also have a wagon-r with me.

    Dear Sharma I agree with Krishna's observation. You probably have some vested interest with Mahindra. How can you say that you did not found any problem(s) with Xylo. Well, I will list them for you:
    1. too high for average height Indians. this makes getting in and out difficult

    2. body roll. big problem when driving at good speed

    3. gear nob usually always keeps on vibrating and gears require long throws to change

    4. somehow it looks that one is sitting in a cockpit like truck.
