Pros : good style, sturdy
Cons : very poor fuel economy(8kmpl). no MP3,extremely poor after sales survice, costly spares

with overall poor satisfaction, i would not recommend the petrol version for individual buyers.There is a lot of scope for the company to improve upon and needs to catch up with other players(hyundai and Maruti suzuki) in terms of customer satisfaction on several parameters and deliver value for money for the customer. I'm considering to exchange it with a diesel Verna or a D'zire which give better overall satisfaction for my kind of buyer.

    I agree with you...in petrol segment, SX4 is the best, since its a Maruti product, bundled with excellent after sales service, easy & reasonably priced spares, and compatible with auto gas alternatives.
    But as far as diesel is concerned, u can definitely go for new Fiesta Sports version.

    Its been 6months since i hvae bought the ford fiesta 1.4 EXi. Its a smooth ride with sturdy body and the gears also shift smoothly, but i have to concur with Mr.Srinivas with regards to the fuel economy.My car gives only around 10 km/l though 15 was claimed.
